Casa grande, bem cuidada! Local no tão perto da praia, porém muito tranquilo e com a vizinhança prestativa e desejosa do seu bem estar. Arredores conta com suporte de bares, lanchonetes, restaurantes, mercados e atacados. Anfitriã uma simpatia de pessoa. Mesmo a distância, totalmente empenhada em garantir que sua estadia esteja dentro dos conformes. Embora não a tenha visto e/ou a conhecido pessoalmente, manteve contato e a disposição de proporcionar uma melhor estadia possível.
