Birch - 2 Perrins Creek Rd Olinda
An enchanting self-contained suite with tall timber raked ceiling, and rustic brick and stonework complimented by an alluring woodfire heater. Relax in the double spa bath in the ensuite. The suite has magnificent views into the nearby garden with Azaleas, Birch, and Oak trees in sight. The suite is complimented by an outdoor deck with an outdoor setting for your exclusive use. A truly tranquil getaway!

Other things to note:
- One box of firewood and kindling will be provided with your stay. You are welcome to bring more from the petrol station or supermarket.
- Children are welcome to our self-contained cottage, however, parents are advised to watch over them at all times as our property is located within the Dandenong Ranges with tall trees and slippery rocks (nature).
- You will have private use of the self-contained cottage. There are other self-contained cottages that could be rented out separately.
A deposit equivalent to 100% of the total booking value is required at the time of booking.
48 to 24 hours before the check-in time, we require an additional bond of $600 in case of any damages.

Lovely Romantic Getaway
This was a lovely little suite for a weekend away. Location was easily accessible but hidden away enough for quiet relaxation. All amenities were functioning & easy to use. Place was very clean.

Birch was exactly as advertised. Nice and quiet location with easy access to Olinda, Sassafras etc. the property was comfy and warm (needed to be in the freezing July weather). Would highly recommend

Beautiful house and garden in the Dandenong Ranges
It was a pleasure to stay for four nights in this beautiful location.The autumn sunlight filtering through the trees and into the superbly furnished room at the end of my days out was stunning. I would have liked to rearrange a few pieces of furniture though, so that the frig is located in the main kitchen. Perhaps wardrobe located to where the dressing table stands, the dressing table against the white-washed wall.
