Week long family xmas.

Family loved our time on the Gold Coast. And the accommodation was awesome. Thank you so much. The xmas day storm was full on, lol. Communication via the website portal was rubbish though. You definately need to work on that system. All other comms were great.

Under kept and filthy apartment with amazing location

This listing can be improved by a huge percentage. A dirty apartment with bad housekeeping, kept in a filthy state with super basic amenities is how this should be listed. Sun had already set in by the time we reached and had checked in and our first reaction on entering was wow, what a view. When we turned on the lights the reality did sink in. Place was dirty to the next level. Bunches of hair on the carpet in places. Drawers were filthy with mould, towels had hair. The fridge was dirty with spilled liquid from last person, dining chairs were dirty. We ended up buying disinfectant wipes to clean all these surfaces. Having stayed in multiple vacations stays share options, and we always seen all these houses with all required amenities like hand wash, abundant toilet tissue, extra towels, enough glassware, cutlery, plates, pots and pans. However this place had nothing, 2 rolls of toilet tissues, exactly 4 towel, 4 plates, 4 cups, 4 wine glasses and so on. There wasn’t any handwash even. The aircon worked only in the living area, and we weren’t able to find the zone change switch. The bed had no duvet or blankets. The extra blanket provided were dirty and we had to put them to wash immediately. All in they really need to amp up the housekeeping and furnish the place slightly better.
