Idyllic Curacao Home with Stunning Views

Stylish home with stunning ocean views!

The space

Our great little house for up to 4 people has 2 bedrooms, each with private bath. It has an 8 by 4 m private pool with large pool deck and a magnificent ocean view. It is located in the quiet and upscale Spanish Water Area, close to many popular beaches.

The space

The view from Ariba31 is spectacular. The yachts on Spanish Water and the Caribbean Sea are right in front of you. The sunsets are breathtaking. Whether in the pool, in your bed, on the couch or on the porch, you'll enjoy tranquility from a tastefully decorated house with a beautiful pool without the crowds. On a clear day you can see Venezuela.

Guest access

The house has everything you might need: wireless internet, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine, comfortable beds, relaxing hammock etcetera. We will gladly help you out with anything else you may need.

Other things to note

Usage of electricity and water is not included and will be calculated at the end of your stay according to consumption. On average these costs are around 10 USD a day for two persons. The Curacao tourist tax of 7% is excluded too and will be charged at the end of your stay.

If there's no change of guests on the same day, check in and check out is flexible.

The house has an alarm system connected to a security service. We will explain the working at check-in. Outside the house are four security camera's that monitor the doors and windows. The images are stored on the device for a limited time. The only time the images are viewed is if the alarm is set off. Your privacy is not an issue. It is for your security. If you choose, you can turn the system off completely. Please ask upon arrival. The neighborhood is relatively safe but however unfortunate it is, taking the right precautions is necessary on Curacao.

Clean and spacious. They have the main necessities to cook although we didn’t use them. There is a cooler to use for the beaches or day outings and an ice pack. Great communication throughout the stay. It was a great location for us. We felt safe staying here.

Beautiful View Away From Things

We loved the view and pool at this property but you MUST have a car to be here. You can not walk to anything. House had all amenities we needed and hosts were always just a call away. We loved sitting outside for dinner and enjoying the wonderful view. It is definitely a residential neighborhood with many dogs used for security but if you're out most of the day that shouldn't be an issue. Overall good value for the money.

Lovely View with Secluded Pool and Patio

The view of the bay from the porch is spectacular. The pool is large and inviting. We spent about half of our visit enjoying the pool. The location is near some excellent rustic and developed beaches with great snorkeling. There is a grocery store and restaurants within 6 km. Driving was good, Curaçao has a LOT of traffic. The mosquitos are tiny and you don’t feel them biting, Even with bug spray we got eaten. The interior of the house is clean and very basic. The microwave died about half way through and we missed it. Could have used a dresser in the bedroom to unpack. Justin was an excellent host and made us feel welcome. We were surprised by how small the beaches are, and by how many fireworks get let off at New Years! Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The house is very nice and comfortable. We loved the view and the location.Communication with Hans was perfect!! You definitely need to rent a car on the island — public transportation is very basic.
