Modern 2BD Ground Level Suite in the Heart of Surrey!!!

A newly renovated 2 bedroom garden suite, that is close to lots of amenities. The 2 bedroom suite is self contained and separate from the main house with it's own entrance in the backyard, for maximum privacy. You'll have your own outdoor deck, even an outdoor covered space just outside your door.

There's a modern and cozy living room to relax in after a long day of exploring or working. The couch turns into a queen size bed in case you need extra sleeping space. The full kitchen has all the little of comforts of home, and all the dishes and utensils you may need to whip up a home made meal have been provided. The bathroom is always sparkling clean and sanitized before every guest's arrival. We always make sure there is shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hair dryer, for our guests' convenience.

The suite was very large and clean, including the bathroom, and it was quiet. The beds were very comfortable and closets were large, with ample space. There is comfortable seating and also a lovely stove and microwave. We were somewhat surprised, though, that there was no shampoo, body wash, kleenex or paper towels provided. We have always found these are available at the several other properties we rented. The host mentioned that shampoo and body wash are available if they have been left behind by previous occupants. We also were unable to cook, since the pans in the kitchen were old, worn and not too clean.
