The whole stay was fantastic from the moment we arrived till we had to depart. Neighbor hood is quiet and safe, food spots are at walking distance. And whole house is nice and and comfortable to stay in. Honestly, there is nothing bad about our experience. I would recommend anyone to stay at this location.
We enjoyed our stay in Cedar City! This home was cozy, clean and perfectly situated for us to walk to and from the Shakespeare Festival as well as to some of our favorite restaurant and coffee shops near Main Street. Thank you!
They have thought of everything. Well equip, nice little house with a quiet back yard to enjoy the cool summer weather. Very walkable to SUU, Shakespeare Festival, and restaurants and shops. .
We loved this place for our stay. It was clean and check in was a breeze. The beds were comfy. The kids loved staying here. We would pick this place again. Great place!
We loved everything about this house. The location was perfect, the house was spotless, the beds were so comfortable, and we will totally stay here again. Seriously, I am praying the owners read this and send me the mattress and pillow specifics so I can replace my sets at home. Thank you for making our stay over graduation week so delightful. We've stayed a lot of places and this might be one of our favorites!

Response from VrboOwner on 5 May, 2025
From the owner: "I believe the mattress that you slept on is the Nectar Luxe 14” memory foam mattress. Thank you for your nice review, and I hope you can stay with us again."
The house is as described. We were suprised by how clean and presentable the place was. We will definitely rent again. Thank you!

Nice cozy home
This was a cozy home for our family stay - a great value. It was close to many restaurants and a central location to state and national parks and attractions.
The home was clean and nicely stocked with supplies - even a welcome basket of fruit and eggs along with coffee and hot chocolate!
Our family stayed in this house for a week while exploring all the nearby national parks. The location was perfect in town, close to the downtown area, restaurants and grocery stores. The house was the perfect size for our family, clean and modern. We wished the peaches on the peach tree in the backyard would have been ripe! It was a great stay!
Our stay was wonderful! The house was well appointed and very clean. Our group found the house very conveniently located to the Shakespeare Festival, restaurants and shops. The furniture was comfortable and the host was responsive. We would love to stay again on our next adventure to Cedar City.
Close to downtown and the theaters.
We would give it 5 stars except for the big wad of someone else’s hair on the shower drain. Can’t attest to overall cleanliness.
Very nice place with everything you need. Very home-like feel, backyard is so relaxing with a nice shade tree. The door code was not for the keypad, it’s for a key in the lockbox we luckily found. Not a huge deal maybe just a misunderstanding. Close to everything but you wouldn’t know it, it’s pretty quiet.

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
Mostly comfortable and clean
The house looked lovely but it was not thoroughly cleaned. There were dirty surfaces, garbage left in bins, and garbage on the bathroom floor behind the bin (gross) and on the carpet underneath and around the beds. The bedrooms did not have bedside lamps, which were missed (no reading in bed), but the house was otherwise well-appointed.

Clean BUT
Was surprised to learn after booking that this was Evolve through VRBO and there was a VRBO charge; hard to find listing after booked.
House was immaculate and nicely stocked. Wish there were reading lamp)s), couch and kitchen chairs uncomfortable and would have liked back railing.
Overall a good stay and located between all sights/activities.
My daughter and I traveled down for the Utah summer games. My daughter walked in and her first response was “wow! This is nice”. This was very fitting for the property. It was very neat and clean. The property management has everything you would need to comfortably stay on the property. The location was perfect for us. We make this trip every year and we hope to stay again next year!
We attened the Shakespeare Festival and 1 night we went to the Tuacan Theater in Ivins, UT approximately 45 miles away. Some road noise, but that was expected due to the close proximity to the Festival. Some minor problems (coffee machine not working). We would consider staying again.
Only 5 reviews to go by when we booked, mostly good, including one who mentioned “ welcome basket of fruit and eggs”…no such thing when we arrived.
If you’re planning to use the basement room for family members, it has an extremely strong mold smell.
Kitchen equipped with basics only. No juice glasses or wine glasses.
Yes, it is close to the Shakespeare Festival and downtown, but the street seems to be a popular one because we were awake to lots of traffic sounds early in the morning.
Cleaning fee seemed pretty high for the size of the property and a $55 fee for the “Evolve Team” that you end up booking with even though you thought you were booking with Vrbo.
