The location of this home was SO convenient to downtown Leadville (just two blocks from Harrison). The home had a nice, small fenced in front yard with seating to enjoy the nice weather outside. The interior of the house was quite comfortable. Good heating for the cool-to-cold nights. The fireplace was electric allowing for instant ambiance! The host contacted us days before we arrived to provide us with access information for the home. The host also contacted us shortly after we checked-in to make sure we had no questions or issues.The next time we are in Leadville, we will contact this host to see if this home is available.

Stacie, that front yard with seating and the electric fireplace making instant ambiance on cool Leadville nights is exactly the combination that makes this place feel like a proper retreat. The area really shines in the warmer months, so catching that outdoor seating time was well timed. Whenever Leadville calls you back, this one is worth checking first.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The location was very convenient to restaurants and the grocery store. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was warm and cozy. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful house right in the heart of Leadville! Clean and comfortable accommodations, incredibly easy check-in/check-out, and just a block from Harrison Ave, Leadville's main street, with great restaurants, cafes, and bars a very short walk away.

Perfect home located in center of town ! Easy comfortable home perfect to cook and enjoy your time In Leadville. Bedrooms are very private and house has great outdoor space to enjoy! We will definitely stay again when back !

Great Leadville Location!

The house is perfectly situated a few blocks from "downtown" Leadville. It is comfortable and quiet. The owner is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy & Convenient

The house is comfortable and very convenient to downtown Leadville. We were able to walk to nearly everywhere we needed to go (other than the grocery store). There's plenty of parking.

The home was exactly what we wanted. Close enough to walk downtown. The furnishing were all up to date and very comfortable and pleasing. We loved the Knotty pine reminded of my Grandma's cabin in NM. Totally our lack of understanding but we messaged the host twice for help and each time they responded in under 5 minutes. We totally recomend.

Comfortable & Spacious

We stayed at the Cooper Mountain house for a weekend, whilst we had a family funeral, and then celebration at the Elks lodge. We are previous long-time Leadville residents, and our stay made us feel at home again. Our only problem was the lock-box on the front door—but everything else was perfect. Clean, very comfortable, and nice, large bathrooms & bedrooms. Many thanks!

Leadville stay

Nice place and great location. We had plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. We didn’t have dishwasher soap or salt. Had just enough toilet paper since there were no tissues. We couldn’t watch anything on the TV. No streaming services available.Nothing major- just some suggestions. Thank you!
