This was a beautiful condo in a great area of Oak Island. We rented this condo for our friends to stay in because we did not have room in our unit for everyone. We had a wonderful time around the island and our friends have already booked again for spring break. Thank you for a great vacation.

Fantastic location! Walk to the beach, grocery, shopping and restaurants. Condo complex is very clean and the under unit parking was real nice. Condo was as pictured and very comfortably fit 6 adults and 3 kids. Host was responsive when we had a problem.

Booked this property for my mother, myself and two daughters, 12 and 15. Found it to be a great location. Easy walking distance to beach shops and beach, and a block away from a grocery shop. Property was clean and owner was responsive when we had a query. Had a great time in Oak island and would come back again.

Perfect Getaway

This property was like finding a needle in a haystack! It was perfectly close to the ocean, amazingly clean, offered comfortable beds, relaxing living room, and a stocked kitchen. We have been at a few different locations in Oak Island and this will be the one I look for every time we return.

Great place to stay!

Clean, relaxing condo in a great location. Elevator made checking in/out with luggage easy. Walked to/from the beach, shops, ice cream and breakfast. We had a lovely trip.

Family Trip

The condo, location, amenities- all good. We had a blast. I would advise anyone who has a desire to prepare a meal in this condo to bring their own cookware. Otherwise, this place is pretty great. Some of the units are across the street from a weekend pickup truck rally that involves engine revving and loud country music, so if that bothers you, don’t rent on the 58th street side.

We were very comfortable at the condo. The bed sheets on all the beds need to be replaced especially the king bed. Also the kitchen fry pans need to be replaced. Other than those two issues we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for wanting imput about the condo.

Great place to stay!

The condo was in a great location. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures on the listing. We could walk to the beach in 2 minutes. The pool was not open yet so we couldn’t use it but other than that we loved it and would definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway

The condo was the perfect location and size for a quick little family getaway. Was very well furnished and kitchen had everything we could need! Plenty of seating and room. Easy check in. The only thing we could negatively note , was the floors would turn your feet black. But everything else was super clean!

Nice Getaway

This is a wonderfully clean condo with many amenities: beach towels, sand toys, cooler bag, books, games, adequate hand soap, and a thoughtful in-shower stool stored in bathroom cabinet for older folks which helped a lot! (Although supplied TP for 8 was rather minimal.) We would like to stay here again in the future; however, there are a couple inoperable light fixtures which made the family room dark and dreary during the many rainy days in May, a bathroom sink drain cover missing, and we had trouble locking the front door upon arrival with the numeric key pad; the lock doesn’t auto-engage well. Although the property manager was initially responsive answering questions before our arrival, once we arrived and I sent numerous emails and texts about issues that needed attention, I received no response whatsoever. Hopefully that was an isolated occurrence and the property manager is normally more attentive during your stay? Lastly, a pest control team visited to spray, but we requested they return after we left bc we didn’t want chemicals lingering during our visit, but it’s great to know they are proactive about that.
