If you’re looking for a quiet, and well-equipped place to stay in the heart of Adelaide, this is it. Originally built in 1868, our row house has been renovated to offer modern comforts while preserving all of its historic charm.

With stylish, minimalistic decor, our home offers the ultimate space for relaxation and leisure. Plus, you’re just seconds away from countless Adelaide attractions, restaurants, breweries, shops, and more.

The two-bedroom, one-bathroom house is perfect for couples or small groups wanting a cozy and well-furnished space from which to explore central Adelaide. Relax on the sunny back patio with a book and a glass of wine. This private outdoor garden area is also an excellent place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

Up to four people can comfortably enjoy the space. Sleep peacefully in the two spacious bedrooms, each of which boast a comfortable queen-sized bed, bedside lamps and tables, and sophisticated decor.

Unlike other holiday houses, we happily provide our guests with all linens and bedding. Bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, a bathmat, and a hairdryer. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, laundry powder, and an ironing board where you can wash your clothes. This is all included within the cleaning fee – this way, you can arrive and unwind stress-free. We hope this little addition makes your vacation more enjoyable.

Feel free to prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchen which is complete with an oven, stove top, microwave, and kitchen utensils, Gather around the dining room table to enjoy your meals as you admire the views of the leafy backyard patio area.

Enjoy family-style movie nights in the comfortable and stylish living room, which is complete with a Smart TV. Stay connected with the high-speed Wi-Fi, which boasts a strong signal in every room of the house. The network name and password will be provided upon check-in.

If you’ll be driving, please note that there is no on-street parking available, but a 24-hour paid parking area is very close by.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets, so please leave your furry friends at home.

Our house is located in a quiet residential area, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

We are always just a call away if you need anything throughout your holiday. We look forward to hosting your stay!

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet place, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbors who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. Please respect these rules.

Great neighbourhood
Perfect for 2 ladies walking to different parts of the city. Loved the local cafes and pub. Great to be close to Chinatown and the awesome market. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds.
