Enjoy style and comfort in this CBD property. Directly opposite Little High Eatery, you will find this 3-storey, 2-bed, 2-bath home. Sink into the 5-star hotel quality linen & relax with x2 Queen beds. You`ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for cooking. The living space is warm and comfortable, with a Samsung Smart TV, and comfortable sofa bed. Dine in or step across the road and into a huge range of Christchurch`s finest cafes and restaurants. Great for business or leisure stays.
3-storey townhouse. Ground floor has Living, Dining, Kitchen and access to the outdoor courtyard. You will also find a comfortable sofa bed suitable for up to two additional guests. The 1st floor contains a fully tiled bathroom with shower and heated bidet toilet, 1st bedroom with Queen bed and wardrobe. 2nd floor contains Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, complete with tiled shower and bidet.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. It will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
There is high-speed internet throughout the property.
There is no dedicated parking with this property, street parking only - a mixture of free and paid parking options available.

Named after its geographical positioning in Christchurch’s CBD (Saint Asaph, Lichfield, and Tuam), SALT District is dubbed the city’s most alternative neighbourhood Expect world-class fashion and top-notch eats, drinks and pampering hot spots. Explore new laneways and wander old streets. Check out eye-popping street art and take in the inner-city vibe with its original facades and gleaming new structures.
Today’s Christchurch looks way different from that of pre-2011. Although we lost some heritage in the big shakes we gained some contemporary cool and heaps of exciting new spaces.
From these changes, and thanks to some dedicated locals, the SALT District emerged.
The Christchurch bus exchange is a 5 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch.
On street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during the day however does empty out in the evenings.
The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. This information is detailed in the Welcome pack inside the property.
Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.
Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, nearby residents and the occasional bar noise. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
