Trendy City Pad
The building is a minutes walk from the station and Woolies Metro. The area does have a lot of club and bars, it's close to everything, we even walked into the city.
It felt spacious + well furnished, there were a selection of good quality non stick pots and pans, and unusually for a holiday rental a selection of sharp knifes and plentiful utensils. There were basics such as oil and seasoning in the kitchen.
The building is like Fort Knox. There is visitors parking in the building and the code will work for the first parking barrier, but then you have to get out of the car park.
Ideally on arrival park on the street or Woolies car park (free if you spend $20, hardly difficult) while you get into the apartment and get the collect the tag for the lift and the car park barriers.
I had very comprehensive instructions to access the apartment, but it was easy enough.
The pool is on the top floor, but is not heated so it might be a bit chilly in Winter. Amazing city views and pretty quiet.
The window seals are not great and there is some muted noise at night. The blackout blinds have gaps round the edges allowing light to sneak in, more so in the smaller double bedroom. Perhaps bring an eye mask if this bothers you.
