We enjoyed everything about our stay. It is a fabulous property that is close to the highway, and the shopping centre. We also visited Australia zoo and Aussie world and it was a short trip to both locations. The property was extremely clean, well presented and modern. The check-in and checkout process was smooth and easy. We will definitely rebook in future when visiting the Sunny Coast.

Modern and pleasant, needs some TLC

This was a nice place. Modern and tidy, and mostly comfortable. The area is quiet besides the builders next door, and it felt like a safe street. Communication with the host was efficient and they seem lovely. 3 bathrooms was very handy for our large family. The kitchen is very nice and lounge was comfy. Some letdowns include the downstairs bed frame - it is breaking and very noisy. The washing machine is full of mould (we used it anyway). And the garden needs some immediate attention. There is also only 1 TV. The host was apologetic, and I believe they perhaps use another company to manage the property. 1 more thing, we were actually expecting the chocolates & wine on arrival, as there are 3 photos of them shown. So that was a little letdown. Overall, however, it was very well priced for what we got, tidy & modern, and a couple of fixes will bring it up to 5 stars I’m sure.
