A great weeklong stay

We had a very busy week planned in Orlando and this condo was an excellent fit for us on this vacation. The view of the woods and lawn from the balcony was a nice place to start the day. The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Reunion delivers again

Although our stay was only 4 nights everything went exceptionally well. The condo was as advertised and the resort was top grade. Would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to friends. Our host was easy to contact and responded to our communications quickly.

The good stuff:•Very spacious unit.•Owner was prompt to respond to any issues or questions.•Check-in/out was very easy.•Condo unit was very quiet and parking was convenient.The not so good stuff:•Although it’s somewhat clean (on a surface level), the unit needs a deep clean. The floor was dirty, behind some of the furniture was old food from previous stays and it was not cleaned in the nooks and crannies.•The drains all need to be cleaned out as there was a foul smell coming from them when showering or using the sinks.•The screen doors on the patio needs repair. Some of them don’t slide like they should.•The king-size bed in the master bedroom was somewhat comfortable, however it was uneven as some of the bed frame legs appeared to be broken and were propped up on some sort of stand.•Although the condo complex seems very safe and is in a safe neighborhood, it would be better if there was a dead bolt lock that could be secured when we were inside the unit.• Had to disable a smoke detector that started beeping at 1:00am. When the battery was removed, it was all corroded. It would be best to do a maintenance change of all batteries every 6 months to avoid this.• The unit has very dated décor and needs updating.Overall, this would be a great unit if the owner would 1) give it a good deep clean on a monthly schedule, 2) make some minor repairs and have a maintenance program for other things. 3) update the décor and some appliances/dishes.

First and foremost the property manager, not the owner, was amazing! A huge shout out to Gwen.Walking into the suite, there was paint supples and fix it stuff on the counter, toilets had a film on the seats. Found a crawling critter in a drawer. The vanity cover for the sliding glass door curtains was on the floor in front of it blocking the use of the balcony. Two front rooms had NO power and had to be told where the breaker was to see if anything was popped.Nope it was turned off not popped. Found out owner never told the property manager we had rented it so they didn’t clean it before our stay.

This is a beautiful property. It is a lot bigger in person than the pictures. It is clean and tidy, well equipped, and the outdoor deck space is huge. It overlooks trees and is very serene and relaxing. It’s in a great location and you can get to everything you need fairly quickly.There was plenty of parking, the elevators always worked. Well, there were plenty of towels and linens, and items in the kitchen for cooking meals.The property manager was responsive to a couple of minor fixes we needed done. The neighbors were quiet, and we had no issues here. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful property, the host Shelley responded to any questions I had. The property was as described, simple but nice. A few light bulbs need to be changed and the sliding screen door to the patio needs to be fixed. Other than those few hiccups everything was great.

Great Snowbird Experience

The condo was in a great location with easy access to pools. The property manager was prompt in answering our questions and easy to contact. The price was reasonable compared to other options. While the beds and outdoor furniture were comfortable, the living room and dining room furniture were outdated and uncomfortable. We did enjoy our stay and we were very happy with all communication with the property manager. Thank you!

The condo was wonderful with plenty of things to do it seemed. Unfortunately we were here for a soccer tournament, so we didn’t get to use many of the amenities. The only thing I would recommend is to bring dish soap, paper towels, and extra toilet paper as there was not an adequate supply.

i would give this a 5 star if the sofa was updated & ice maker wasn’t frozen & cold water worked

We were disappointed that we didn’t have a view & had noise from I4. The only suggestion I have is maybe update the sofa bed. Loved the fact we didn’t have to keep up with a key for entry. I did try to contact owner on a couple of issues & she didn’t reply. But for a rental unit it was very nice & we enjoyed our stay!

This property was great for the most part. Very clean and spacious to accommodate my family. However,there were a few things that need to be fixed to make the stay better. The first single bed room fan did not work so it was very hot in there, not all lights in kitchen work, there were barely enough towels/wash cloths so we had to chase down housekeeping, the couch is very uncomfortable where when you sit on it you feel the sofa bed, and our access cards did not work. Everywhere we went on site that required it we had to be let in by someone. Other than those things it was a great stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

Well the bedroom with the queen bed the fan didn’t work. The fan in bathroom didn’t work either. Not enough towels for everyone. The faucet was weird in kitchen! No fireworks to be seen from balcony, I did like the quiet of the place it was about 20 min away from all the parks
