This little private hideaway is situated on a large, quiet bushland block situated in the country town of Penshurst. Close to the Grampians, Port Fairy and much more.
Fully Decorated, modern, contemporary, beautiful, unique home. Everything you need for a relaxing or a busy getaway. Large outdoor area to explore or sit by the fire pit and enjoy the peaceful views. Lots of room for the children to run and explore.
The perfect tranquil, unique getaway to rest and relax or to travel to all the amazing tourist destinations close by.
Teas, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, oils, herbs & spices and other cooking supplies. A basic continental breakfast is supplied with cereal, milk and fresh bread.

Loved it great accommodation with a lovely ambiance and great location would suggest a non slip mat in the shower/bath otherwise all great.

Perfect getaway

Cute little property with everything you need for a comfortable stay! Super clean home with all the basics, lots of firewood, snack/homemade cookies for the kids and so much area for them to run around in! Only a 20 min drive to both Hamilton and Dunkeld, making it a great base. Will be back for sure!Thanks again Annie

Everything is thoughtfully provided for in this clean, relaxing home set on a large block amongst the trees. Not my first stay and will probably not be my last!

Annie's place was incredible, the residental shed was 5 star. The town of Penshurst is stunning, and Annies place was the perfect place to do day trips to Hamilton, Warrnambool, Port Fairy and Dunkeld. Annie was the perfect host.

Annie is a very thoughtful host. I arrived late on a cold night to find welcoming lights and heater on. Very comfy bed, and so many little things thought of: yummy shortbreads; everything to make lighting a fire easy; even real tea and a teapot! Had a great stay leading up to a running event. Much appreciated.

Time to switch off

Such a cute and cozy little place. Gorgeous spot to getaway with lots of things to do. We loved hanging out in front of the fire pit and wood heater. Annie prepared the kindling, fire starters, lighter, and wood! We had a walk around town and hiked Mt Sturgeon and Picaninny before heading home to light the fire, have a lovely meal and soak in the bath with a movie. Going mid-week, Annie was able to accomodate us with an early check-in and later check-out so we could really optimise our time. Annie has provided lots of games and activities for families if needed. It’s evident that she has put a lot of thought and care into providing a comfortable space to unwind and relax. We would definitely stay here again!
