The property is located in the Douglas community beside the US-Canada border, which community is a quiet, safe, and friendly community. Behind the house is Dufferin Park, with a playground. 10mins walk to Peace Arch Park and 8 mins drive to White Rock Pier. The nearest restaurant is around 600m, and White Rock has more diversified restaurants and shopping malls. The property is close to Highway 99, so it's convenient to drive anywhere.

The suite is located downstairs in a single house that is roomy and bright and has a private entrance. There are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, a full kitchen, a dining room, and a laundry room in the 1550 square feet of indoor space. We have high-speed Wi-Fi and a TV with cable channels. Owners are upstairs to help!

You may take in the lovely panorama of the garden in the front yard, which features a Chinese garden landscape, water pavilions, tiny bridges, and flowery clusters. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Unacceptable. Traveling with my daughter, 19, and son, 17. Intentionally set my filter to 3 beds. This property is advertised as sleeping 5.When we arrived, there were two bedrooms, and two sofas, neither of which are sofa beds. We searched for sheets. There were none. Contacted the owner asking for sheets. They said that they could bring in an extra bed and that would cost an extra 30.They expected my teenage daughter an son to sleep in the same bed. False advertising, and this is not how you operate a business like this. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this location at all.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that the sleeping arrangement did not meet your expectations. Our listing accommodates up to five guests. For reservations of four guests or fewer, the standard setup includes two beds. While you let us know you were traveling with your two teenage children, we were not aware that your family required three separate sleeping spaces. Once you contacted us, we explained the bed configuration and offered to provide an additional single bed for a small setup fee. Although you decided not to use that option, we promptly provided the extra sheets and duvet you requested. We appreciate your feedback and understand how this caused frustration. We will update our listing to make the sleeping arrangements even clearer so future guests know exactly what to expect.

Home away from home

We enjoyed this stay immensely. Mae was so kind to us and the space was extremely clean. It is quite roomy and the front yard landscaping is so pretty.

Highly recommend.

Nice accompdations, neighborhood,. Hosts were friendly and responsive to questions. Steps to basement are steep. Wouldn't be conducive to anyone with knee problems.

Pictures dont match reality

The rental was very clean. The 2 beds and 2 baths were good but it now says a kitchenette. A wet bar is not a kitchenette. And a refrigerator in the livingroom is very from ideal. The wet bar was far from well equipped. It would be ok for people not interested in spending any time with family but that is all i would recommend.
