Welcome to this fabulous designed spacious apartment, one bedroom with one bathroom, open space enjoy the sunshine with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of New Zealand fine wine in the afternoon, chill and relax.
We have more than ten apartments in the same building, and each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need to cook a fabulous dinner, including a toaster, kettle, electrical stove, cookware, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also prepared cutlery and dinnerware.
In the living and dining area, floor to ceiling sliding window provides maximum sunshine to chill and relax. There are a comfortable 2-seater sofa, 43 inches smart TV and Freeview channels. Dining table with chairs.
There is a walk-in shower, washing machine , and laundry detergent in the bathroom.
Guests have the whole apartment exclusively by themselves and have access to the In-Building Pool
Open hour, 7 days, 6 am - 8 pm.
There are a couple of options for parking 1. You can rent on-site parking (there`s very limited spots, always fully booked, only take advance booking) with us, and the cost is $25 per day.
2. PARKING OFF STREET Monday - Friday, between 8am - 6pm $3 per hour (first 2 hrs), $6 per hour (2 hrs +). Free between 6 pm - 8 am the following morning. Saturday, 8am - 6pm $1.5 per hour (first 2 hrs), $2 per hour (2 hrs +). Free between 6 pm - 8 am the following morning. Sunday FREE (until 8 am Monday the following morning).
3. Wilson parking building (Address 126 Nelson Street) Usual Hour: $18 per 12 hours
Facilities: We provide a complimentary starter set of essentials to ensure your stay is comfortable:
Bathroom Amenities: 30ml shampoo, conditioner, and body wash 1 bar of soap
Kitchen Essentials: 6 packets of tea/coffee 1 bottle of dishwashing liquid 1 dish sponge 1 tea towel 2 packs of dishwasher powder
Household Items: 3 rolls of toilet paper 2 packs of laundry detergent
Once these items are used up, guests will need to purchase additional supplies for their stay. Please note that reusable bottles provided in the property are not to be taken, as replacement fees will apply.
Bedding and Linens: Each bed is equipped with: 2 bath towels 2 pillows 1 extra blanket
Each bathroom includes: 1 hand towel 1 bath mat
If you require additional items, we can provide them for an extra fee. Please notify us in advance so we can accommodate your request.

Property had visible fly droppings on cabinets, dirty shower from previous guests, and no dryer, amongst others. Agreed with host to shorten stay due to conditions. After 25+ days, still no refund for 19 unused nights. VRBO and host blame each other. Forced to file chargeback. Do not recommend.

Took over 90 minutes to figure out how to get into the place. Lousy instructions about the lock box and no responses from the owner/manager for more details by messages or phone. No hints given where or how to park; if you go there, on the side of the buildings on the street it says to download an app of how to locate paid parking in Auckland which worked very well, but not a hint from the owner about doing that. Just allow the app to use location once and it will figure it all out and tell you what to do. On the plus, the apartment once in was very tiny but actually not a bad place and was as nice advertised. Had to leave our luggage in the hallway just inside the door. The Wifi does didn't work and the traffic below is very noisy all night. We didn't completely step out the door until 10:03am which didn't go well with the cleaning lady. The pool was nice in the morning by the court yard where we enjoyed maybe 3 minutes too long!
