Welcome to Emerald Shores,
A new listing as from April 2023 ,
The house is located in a quiet street which is situated on the south eastern shores of Port Stephens .With Tomaree park as a back yard ,surrounded by beautiful beaches such as Zenith Beach,Box beach and Shoal Bay beach.
It has spatular sun sets and it is a 10 minute stroll to the popular Shoal Bay country club and Shoal Bay beach.
Emerald shores offers you a 2 story home.
The upper level has a queen size bedroom with air con ,celling fan and a TV, the second bedroom has a double bed with a ceiling fan and both bedrooms have built ins.
The upstairs bathroom has a shower with a rail for guests who require a little assistance and also we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion.
There is a spacious open plan living area with a dinning table and lounge room and a smart TV.There is a large window looking out to the front deck which also has a dinning table and this is where the sun set is magical.
There's a fully equip kitchen with a microwave , blender , toaster , kettle, dishwasher with all cutlery, dinner wear ,cookware ,glassware are new.We provide coffee, tea and sugar .
There is also a large deck off the kitchen with beautiful gardens and sitting areas to sip a coffee or drink and you can turn on the mist tap for those hot days to cool down.There is also a TV attached to the wall.
GOING TO THE LOWER LEVEL THERE IS NO INTERNAL ACCESS .YOU USE THE STAIRS AT THE FRONT DECK.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms ,a bathroom with a laundry and a sitting area.
One of the rooms has a double bed with a fan and a kitchenette .The second room has 2 single beds with a fan.
In the downstairs bathroom there is shampoo, conditioner , body wash and body lotion . Also the laundry has a washing machine and dryer but if you prefer to dry you cloths outside there is plenty of space to do so.
There is a carport for one car and room for another 2 cars on the right hand side of the driveway.
We provide all bed linen and large bath towels as well as hand towels and bath mats .
Emerald shores sleeps 8 people max comfortably .

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday rental in Shoal Bay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located close to the beach and local amenities. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend it to others!

Great location!

Located close to shops and on a quiet street. The place was clean except one of the beds was a bit itchy and the hot water runs out quickly. Otherwise we're quite happy with our stay and the owner is very responsive and helpful.

House was clean, had everything you needed..check in process was easy..beds were comfy..owner was easy to communicate with..great sitting on the front deck watching the storms at night. The only issue was the weeds..would have been nice if all the weeds were removed before our arrival.

Lovely stay in Shoal Bay

A lovely property not far from Shoal Bay which had lots of space for 2 families. The kitchen was very well stocked except there was no coffee machine, which was a bit unexpected given its standard nowadays. The deck was great to watch sunset from. Great communication from host. Would highly recommend!

Getting away to a beautiful Hampton style home was my dream and an added bonus a short walk to Shoal Bay beach .

Why they chose this property

We used to go to Shoal Bay when our children were young and it took us almost 15 years to go there again ,so now that the grandchildren have come into our lives we wanted to take them back to where their parents had beautiful times and memories .

What makes this property unique

It was my dream to be able to decorate my home this style and it gives me great pleasure sharing it with my guests .Totally relaxed atmosphere with beautiful sunsets ,short walk to the beach and beautiful walk to Tomaree mountain.
