♦ 2 Dining rooms with solid wood table, each table has 4 chairs plus 2 folding chairs available within the unit to accommodate a total of 12 guests. Two high chairs are available on site for your little travelers.

♦ The 2 kitchens is equipped with appliances (refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave & dishwasher), and is fully equipped to allow you to cook your meals. Dishes, cookware, utensils, pans, pots and food essentials are provided so you don't miss anything. In addition, a traditional filter coffee maker is at your disposal to start your day on the right foot.

♦ The unit has an Ultra Fast Wifi connection that will allow you to work comfortably remotely without worrying about connectivity.

♦ These units are not connected yet are located on the same floor. You will visit your group via an external balcony outside the building above the backyard that these two units uniquely share. Walking a few feet outside using shoes or slippers for outdoor use is recommended.

✦ You will have access to the entire units as well as the two balconies from where you can enjoy your meals thanks to the tables and chairs provided.

✦ You'll need to climb an exterior stair landing to reach the entrance. We have smart outdoor bulbs that automatically light up at dusk, ensuring a safe pathway for guests navigating the balconies and staircases. We appreciate your cooperation in using the blackout curtains provided for your comfort!

**Access**
The apartments are on the top floor, you will have to climb an exterior stair landing and will follow a second interior stair landing.

**Parking**
A maximum of 2 outdoor private parking spaces (25$/day / spaces) at the back of the building. The parking spaces can accommodate two small SUVs maximum. When making your reservation, please write to us to check the availability : As places are limited, they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
