It’s hard to do justice to this spacious house in words. Start your morning coffee with the friendly Kookaburras and birdlife.
The house has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Perfect for larger group holidays, or a corporate stay. Please note we do not permit parties and events at our properties.
Guests will be struck by the charm of the light-filled airy house.
There are three bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk bed in one room and two bathrooms.
All the rooms have split air conditioning systems, one bathrooms has a walk in shower, the other has a shower over bath,
Sunlight spills through the doors and windows, illuminating dining and living spaces. As lovely as the internal spaces are, we have a feeling you'll spend more time on the huge backyard, designed for alfresco dining and relaxation.
This house does NOT have a pool. We recommend a swim at Picnic Bay or Arcadia beaches.
What the active traveller loves
If you feel the need to get out and about, go for a stunning walk in he national park or along the coastline. Whatever happens, you won't be bored.
The whole house and surrounds are your to enjoy while you stay here.
The gardener, pool and maintenance contractors will attend and maintain external areas.
As part of check-in we require photos of photo ID and Credit cards. These are destroyed as part of our post-check out process.
Self check is preferred.
We love hosting and showing our guests the best properties Townsville has on offer. With this, comes an expectation that our guests will look after our homes so that they are always beautifully presented for our guests.
We will host pets, however pre-approval from the host and/or body corporate is required.
All our properties are non-smoking, smokers are welcome to smoke in external areas. Additional charges will apply if our cleaners need to clean up.
