A gorgeous character cottage! The perfect inner-city pad, 1910 built home, original charm & style. Stylish, all mod cons, you won't want to leave. secluded from the road, your private little getaway is set back behind a brick wall for peace & privacy. Secure front gate to the cottage's traditional style porch. 2BR with QBs both w/A/C, 1BA. Living & Dining also has A/C. Large private courtyard. Full Kitchen, oven, stove, dishwasher & coffee machine. Private rear courtyard! Street parking too.
Gorgeous character cottage - original 1910 build with lots of charm and style.
2 bedrooms - both have queen size beds - also has hanging space and shelving.
Aircon in each bedroom.
Living Area has comfy couch and large Smart TV - free Wi-Fi AND separate AC unit

Formerly an exclusive enclave for wealthy merchants and politicians, the West Perth suburb is now part of the inner mixed zone for offices and residential. Main thoroughfares Fitzgerald St and Charles St with various bus routes or less than 20 mins walk to the train station at City West.
Wander into the Perth CBD by foot or take a nearby bus - just under 2km away and 1.5km to the dining and entertainment precinct of Northbridge.

The bedrooms boast queen beds, shelves & hanging space and aircon in both bedrooms PLUS the living area so its comfortable all year round! Unpack and unwind in your private space - a delightful home away from home.

2 Carr St, property with potential !
An intriguing mix of rotten timbers, black shower mould, missing shower screen, bedroom dust bunnies, dirty glasses, a weed filled courtyard with dead pot plants and dangerously uneven paving, a bulging brick wall in danger of collapse, a coffee pod machine but no cups that fit, a broken fan switch, a disintegrating bathroom light switch, bathroom door knob held on by a loose screw that doesn’t fit and rusty and disintegrating plate racks in the dishwasher. Top that with plates that don’t fit in the dishwasher ! Finally found a broom to sweep the kitchen floor, it was in a locked room in the courtyard but only accessible reaching through an open window ! The same room contained broken furniture and the inaccessible switch for the courtyard lights. Innovative use of multiple extension leads to connect appliances, questionably safe. The photos posted on the web site advertising the property bear little resemblance to the actual state of the property. A general air of sad dilapidation. At least the beds are comfortable. This place has the potential to be a really good accommodation in an excellent location but it needs serious maintenance to come up to an acceptable standard. One star awarded for the location and the comfortable beds ! Would like to be able to post photos to support this review !
