Quick trip to Knoxville for a concert. It was super convenient to get around town. Place was beautiful and clean. We all had a wonderful, relaxing time. Loved the welcome sign and muffin pack for making a quick breakfast before we checked out.

We loved the location of this townhome. We were in town for a football game and it was an easy drive to the stadium and downtown Knoxville. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the space had everything we needed for a fun weekend with friends!

Good spot if you want to be about 10-15mins from Downtown! Plenty of room inside, lots of open space. Check-in was a little bumpy, the link they send through message doesn’t always work because of the VRBO privacy rules, so definitely make sure you have check-in access before you arrive.While there is on-site parking, there seems to be only 1 assigned spot per residence, so be aware you’ll have to use street parking and then walk around the side to get in. Also there were several more 10am checkout requirements than we anticipated, but nothing we couldn’t handle. Overall good stay, worked just fine for what our group needed!

Knoxville stay

Our family of 5 was very comfortable here! Clean, beautiful and a great location near UT, lots of restaurants, and great shops! Not a bad drive to Dollywood for the day either! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place !

Great location, short drive from every where we needed to go. It was nice to have the basics there, paper products, soap, shampoo and coffee! Plenty of room for everyone. Great communication.

Great rental in super location!

We enjoyed this rental! Its location is wonderful with so many eateries close by. Construction was not an issue for us and neighbors very friendly. I did have to remind management to send check in details otherwise very nice!!

Bright & Clean

This place is adorable! Very clean and spacious. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was easy and quick. There are some great shops and restaurants nearby. We also drove to Dollywood which was about 30 minutes away. I would definitely stay again!

Lovely new build near the river- steps to the upstairs bedrooms and washer dryer are significant for anyone with knee or back issues. Wonderful communication from the host. One thing I would feedback is a deep and thorough clean of the refrigerator is needed and some instructions for anyone who's never cooked with gas stoves would be helpful. The unit was tidy and well furnished. The interior sign welcomed someone named Barbara as well so I hope she had fun too.

Beautiful and Convenient

I have stayed in numerous properties in Knoxville, and this was perhaps the best yet. The townhome is new, very-well designed, clean, and upscale. We also found it very convenient. We walked to dinner in downtown Knoxville and even walked to the stadium for the game.

The place was clean and met our needs -- had a problem with the Air Conditioner. Called and reported the issue -- downstairs AC wasn't working and upstairs was working fine. Unit had split-level thermostats handled by a single air handler. HVAC repairman showed up to adjust a sticking valve, which fixed the problem. We had two days of uncomfortable living conditions and had to waste an afternoon waiting for the repairman to show up.Also had a problem with the stove as the gas ignitors suddenly stopped working -- used a lighter to light the stove top but the oven was inoperative. Checked the fuse box and reset the stove/oven circuit breaker. That fixed the problem. Overall our stay was adequate -- the place allowed us to get to all of our commitments, but unfortunately we didn't have a trouble-free experience. Would stay again -- however, the AC unit struggled on the hottest days to keep the house cool -- even with the ceiling fans and all the windows drawn.

Hidden Gem

This property is probably one of the best that I’ve stayed at for the price. It was clean, a great size, and convenient location. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. There is some construction going on next door, but the sound was manageable and it looks like they will be finished in the near future. This spot will be my go-to when visiting Knoxville.
