Located in Beacon Hill, you’ll discover this lovely newly built home overlooking the Caribbean sea. This modern property includes two similarly sized oceanfront bedrooms, making it one of our top St. Maarten villas for couples traveling together. The island of St Maarten is well known for its vibrant nightlife, stunning white-sand beaches, and friendly atmosphere.

Sit with a cool glass of wine while lounging on one of the many sun chairs on the spacious tiled terrace. If the temperature is too hot, go for a cool swim in the shared pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The terrace is perfect for lazy afternoons. As added amenities, this villa includes Wi-Fi access, a TV in each room, and the services of a housekeeper.

Inside, the living room features tasteful modern furnishings done in white tones and access to the outdoors. If you’d like a home-cooked meal, the kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and ice machine.

This fabulous condo’s two equally sized bedrooms allow for up to four guests to spend the night (additional folding beds and cribs on demand). Each individually decorated suite includes a king size, air conditioning and TVs, and a bathroom.

The condo is gorgeous and spacious. The furnishings are lovely and the unit is very well-maintained. The kitchen is outstanding with everything you need. It is wonderful to be walking distance to Maho beach and shops. The pool is stunning. Just note the address listed on the site is different from where the actual condo is, so confirm with host before arriving.

Great location.

Is in a quiet neighborhood. Great location, walking distance to restaurant. Two bedroom three bathrooms the ambience is breathtaking fruit trees all around. Management was wonderful. They will communicate with you through WhatsApp within minutes.

Appartement with lots of charm and a beautiful pool

We spent two wonderful holiday weeks in this flat. The flat is furnished with a lot of style nothing is missing! The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The pool on the roof is indescribable and the sea is just round the corner. We love aeroplanes, for those looking for total peace and quiet this may not be the right place. We would love to come back.

Great place

the condo is fantastic. It was clean had everything you need. Large outdoor patio over looking the ocean, roof top infinity pool was a fantastic place to go and relax. The location is walking distance to restaurants and bars. over all it is a great place to stay. The only con is the beds are very hard. I would definitely go back.

The condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Porch view was beautiful. We spent a lot of time at the rooftop pool. Beach is accessible via a short walk using stairs. Pack & Play plus sheet was provided for our infant. Off street parking and garage door for the rental car. Communication was quick. Check in was easy.

Had a great time!

The condo was very nice. The furnishings were as expected and very tastefully done. The only detractor was the cleanliness of the pool. It needs more attention than what it currently receives and it is full sun. There is no shaded area if you’re hoping to take a break from the sun.

Spacious condo style unit with secure parking spot (huge benefit). Rooftop pool where you can see the planes taking off was a highlight for our son. TIP: Double check with property manager address prior to arriving. What was sent on our VRBO confirmation was a little confusing based on the address labeling.

Bacon Hill Ocean Front Villa

The place was very nice. John was supreme host. Place was very clean and service was wonderful. Wasn’t as quiet as expected. Being so close to the airport had it’s draw backs. But the condo was close to Simpsom Bay, food shopping and a nice beach restaurant. Traveled a few times to Orient Beach, fantastic beach just a little bit of a distance to travel. But overall this place meet our needs. Thank you John for the enjoyment of your Villa.

Amazing

This was the first time on the island and it was amazing. The Villa was well stocked and extremely clean. The local manger was there to meet us and show us around the villa and the rest of the property. She was quick to answer any question we had during our stay. We loved the patio and spent most of the time there when we were at the Villa. There is a little beach bar at the bottom of the hill. Very friendly great drinks and food. I would recommend renting a car. It is not located to far from stuff but there is however not much in walking distance.

We absolutely LOVED this condo! It was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Stacey met us there to check in and showed us around. The rental car was perfectly safe behind the gate as well. We barely even heard the planes flying overhead while inside. The view of the beach through the palm trees was gorgeous and the access to the beach was very simple and quick, just a few minutes once outside the front door. The Maho Market grocery store was only two minutes drive and had most items we normally use at home. Lots of convenience restaurants as well. We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute of it. Highly recommend this rental on Simpson Bay!!

Beautiful beach. Pictures on listing are misleading. Pictures show infinity pool on private deck it is on the roof. BBQ that was shown was different than picture and much smaller. Bedrooms not same size. Condo is very well stocked and is very nice though. Gwen the concierge of the property is outstanding and very responsive and helpful she is awesome!

Long weekend stay in St. Maarten

We stayed at the property for four nights. It was two couples and each had their own private bedrooms and bathrooms. The villa itself is very clean, very spacious and wonderfully decorated. The view of the beach is very beautiful. If you walk down some steps, you are right at the beach. There is a restaurant on the beach which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The neighborhood is right next to the airport, but the airplanes really didn’t bother us. It’s actually pretty cool to watch them land/takeoff from the terrace. Our hostess Gwen was magnificent...extremely kind and helpful. She is very communicative and checked in with us several times to make sure we were alright...loved her! All-in-all it was a very good stay...can’t wait to come back!

Bedrooms not equivalent, not recommended for couples

Kitchen and living areas, very well equipped! One bedroom is oceanfront and beautiful! The other is smaller and dark, facing the parking area. We were not aware that it was a shared pool and host did not help us to gain access; Angela who works for the property was able to give us a key fob! The view of Simpson Bay and airplanes landing is fun! Very quiet at nights! Beach access is close and good location to get food. Suited more for families or couples who know the difference in bedrooms. It also had a powder room off the main living area. The housekeeper Muna was very nice but was only scheduled 2 times in the week.
