Great stay! The house was very tidy with a nice quiet neighbourhood. Loved the game table, we had everything needed for a comfortable stay and i would love to stay here again for my next trip to the falls
Great home, it has everything you need, my kids enjoyed the pool table and I enjoyed the huge master bedroom with ensuite! The location is perfect, not far from shopping or the falls. Lovely home, lovely host!!
The property is very well maintained and new.. it is very spacious and has everything you need for a perfect stay ✨️ ❤️ We enjoyed a lot.. location is also good and near to Niagara Falls, good restaurants and grocery stores.. overall a perfect home to stay! Property Manager is also very prompt and helpful.. we would love to stay again in over next trip 😊
This home is spacious, clean and in a very well kept, safe neighbourhood 10 minutes from the Falls. The kids loved the gaming table after a fun day out. The living room is large and comfortable. The kitchen is adequate although a little sparsely supplied. In my opinion the beds are quite “firm”.
Evelyn is a caring, responsive host.
This is a great base to enjoy all that the Niagara area has to offer.
My 3 girlfriends and I had a relaxing time at this home. It was very spacious and had most amenities (no toaster & only a Nespresso-no coffee maker.
When we arrived Friday evening, we had no issues entering the home using the code provided. We did, however, have issues getting back in on Sat afternoon after a day of visiting wineries and shopping. We had great difficulty getting in touch with the owner. I tried calling, texting, and messaging through VRBO app. I also called customer service of VRBO; they had the same phone number and no answer when they tried. They were not able to help any further.
When Evelyn returned my call a couple of hours later, I learned that she was busy. I understand...it was Canada Day! What I did have a problem with was that there was no emergency phone number as a back-up. We were 4 women who were tired, hungry, and needing to use the washroom! We ended up leaving and going to a restaurant for dinner (added expense that we did not anticipate; we had plenty of food in the house but did not have access to it) and to use the facilities. Evelyn said she would drive from Toronto to Niagara Falls to help us get inside which would take 1.5 hours "if traffic was good." Long story short, Evelyn's daughter ended up meeting us at the house and used the garage code to let us inside. We're not sure why Evelyn didn't just give us the code - would have saved us hours of wasted time and extra money! Overall, we had a lovely time.
Clean house and good, safe feeling neighborhood. Easy commute to tourist areas. Gaming table was perfect for our family. Issues: no hairdryer as listed; no baking sheets, dishes, etc for oven. Had to buy both these items. Lots of lightbulbs burnt out which made kitchen and bathrooms darker than we were used to. Bedroom curtains did not make me feel blocked from neighbors’ view. Backyard was a little rough-needed mowed and wasn’t appealing to the eye. These were all minor issues. Overall our stay was excellent.
