The parking was non existant. The initial advert advised a parking building,Had to park on footpath to take bags out of car. Staff member not overly helpful. we couldnt download the parking app and did not want the stress of feeding a meter 200meters down road esp over night. as 80 yr olds this was not at all ideal. Went to discuss with staff at 4.30 but the office was locked and vacated.Rang phone & no answer but left a message. Rang again 24 hr later and Prince Bo said he was overseas So packed and left after replacing key in lockbox. We found another place to stay with parking. The room looked good. not our best start to a weekend away.
