Great location to the beach but too far to walk to the boardwalk. Fully stocked kitchen and balcony on every level, which I loved! Many bathrooms which is great when with a large crowd! Clean sheets and towels were left for us to distribute and make beds on our own, never seen that before and traveling with many kids and having to make all the beds can be annoying. Overall it is a great place and I would stay again!

Great location

Easy access to beaches, restaurants, miniature golf and water park! The rooms were spacious and outside picnic tables were a nice treat.

Perfect Location

Our family had an amazing time. Location was great within walking distances of Jolly Rogers, Great eats & to the beach. The condo offered plenty of space and looked just like the photo's. Excellent communication between me and the property manager. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of seven had a wonderful stay at this condo in Ocean City. The location was safe and quiet, with easy beach access directly across the street. There were plenty of restaurants, shops, and markets within walking distance, and we even walked to Jolly Roger’s Water Park. Our older boys also enjoyed walking approximately three miles to and from the boardwalk. Because we traveled in an oversized passenger van, we could not use the designated parking space under the building due to the low ceiling, but we found street parking fairly easily. We also enjoyed the open deck and picnic table, where the kids loved eating dinner outside. On our first evening, we submitted two maintenance requests: one for a microwave that was making a loud noise and not heating, and another for a stained comforter. The rental company contacted us the next day to check on our stay but was initially unaware of the two reports. A replacement microwave and comforter were ultimately provided. However, the inside of the replacement microwave required significant cleaning before it was suitable for use. There are also some areas that could use basic maintenance and updating, including the dryer lint trap, a bedroom daybed, and the bathrooms and showers, which show some wear. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, conveniently located, and worked well for our family. Despite some maintenance and cleanliness issues, we appreciated that the reported problems were ultimately addressed.
