This fully furnished 1500 sq. ft, 4th-floor condo sits directly on the beach and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. A spacious living area leads out to a large balcony where you can dine or sunbathe with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and its stunning sunsets. From the balcony, you can also see the pool area. The large kitchen comes fully equipped (includes a Keurig coffee machine). The washer and dryer are in the unit. Beach chairs and beach towels are also available for your use. Cable tv and internet for your use. for families with children play pen and Hi chair available in condo. A large Jacuzzi and BBQ are near the pool area. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and the famous John's Pass Boardwalk. Public transportation is available.

Beautiful Beach Escape

Our stay was great! This is a beautiful well stocked condo. Some amenities were not working due to the hurricane but the owner was very understanding and easy to work with. Maderia Beach is a family favorite!

Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach front. The condo was very clean, very spacious and very comfortable. The Reef directly across the street has a great breakfast at very reasonable prices. Walking distance to John's Pass Villages and so much more. Just a quick ride to Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach. Great area. We loved staying here and woukd definitely rent this condo again. Adriana is a wonderful host and very responsive.

What a wonderful condo this is! This is my second time staying here at Seaview. The views were amazing, location perfect and so spacious, every part of the place. Especially the living area. We had an amazing time. And Adriana was a great host. She had no issues responding to any of messages or questions.

Perfect Beach Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the elevator to the beach, which we enjoyed every single day. The condo itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of our favorite parts was sitting on the patio with beautiful views of the beach—it was the perfect spot to start and end each day. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy, and they were very responsive and helpful. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

Seaview at Madeira

This was a beautiful, well appointed condo with beautiful views and just steps to the beach. Comfortable furniture and beds, ample and nice linens and towels, and loved the ceiling fans in all rooms, especially in bedrooms. Adrianna, our host, could not have been more responsive. Absolutely loved our stay and definitely hope to return!

Valentines Day at Madeira Beach

We stayed at Adriana’s condo for 4 nights in mid February… the weather wasn't great beach weather but the view and condo made it so relaxing and a great view! The view of the sunset was amazing! The condo is large and roomy and quiet!!! It’s very clean and was the nicest condo i have stayed at! Adriana is so quick to respond to questions and very accommodating to our travel times/needs!!! We will 100 percent book again!

LOVED IT!

Beautiful condo on the beach! Big porch with tables and chairs and two lounge chairs. Great view from the 4th floor. Pool and hot tub down below, and of course the beach is right out your back door. The condo had everything you need to enjoy the condo and the beach. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well as a grocery store. You will not be disappointed.

Seaview has been my families go to vacation spot for many many years. This is the perfect place to go with family and children. The pool is amazing! We love having a beach view and close beach access. We have stayed in 401 many times. We love the full beds in the second bedroom. Everything was perfect! The room comes with everything you may need. To name a few-beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, high chair, pack n play, cooler (on wheels), beautiful furniture throughout! Reading and signing the guest book is always something I look forward to doing. We will definitely return!

We stayed here as a group of seven (4 kids, 3 adults), and had a fantastic time. The property was beautiful! The condo was spacious, we had more than enough room! The kitchen was well stocked, there were great games, and there were some beach/pool items we were able to use. We loved the balcony, and ease to go between the pool, beach, and condo. We will definitely be back!
