Enjoy your stay in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located directly on the bayfront off 22nd Street. Relax on the spacious private balcony while taking in stunning bay sunsets, and enjoy the convenience of being just a short walk from the beach and boardwalk. The outdoor pool is just steps from the unit, and a great selection of restaurants is within walking distance. Bedroom one features a Queen bed, bedroom two has two Twin beds, and bedroom three offers a Double bunk bed (Double on top and bottom) plus an additional Twin. The unit includes Wi-Fi and streaming services on 2 Roku TVs—please note, there is no cable. Occupancy is 10. One parking space is guaranteed, with a second space available on a first-come, first-served basis. No smoking and no pets. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in the summer, with flexible 3-night stays available in the fall. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.
