This beachy apartment complex composed of 4 individual units (Each with two bedrooms) extends a heated pool and offers a perfect location right by the beach. Soak up the sun during a romantic getaway, a trip with kids, or a fun time with friends. This property accommodates a total of 16 guests.

The Space:

You will feel right at home when you arrive at this tastefully decorated apartment complex complete with bright and modern furnishings.

Unit 1 - The main living space is comprised of a living room, dining area and open kitchen, allowing for socializing and connecting at any time of day.
The comfortable seating area is furnished with a couch, chairs and TV, with large windows to let in the natural light when you wish.
The upscale dining area has a large table that seats six and is surrounded by windows that invite in views of palm trees and blue sky. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and extra seating on barstools at the counter. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king bed, dresser and nightstands, and a mounted TV. It also has a walk-in closet and a stylish ensuite bathroom with stand alone shower.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 comfortable queen beds and a mounted TV. It also has a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom (also accessible from the hallway) with a frameless shower.

Neighborhood Description:

Just north of Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach is known for its beaches, marinas, and offshore coral reef, which provides for some amazing scuba diving opportunities.

Most Florida vacations just aren't complete without a trip to the beach and Pompano Beach doesn't disappoint! With over three miles of public beach access, there's plenty of space to swim, sunbathe, or enjoy a picnic on the sandy white beach and aquamarine Atlantic ocean.
But there's so much more to see and do in Pompano Beach. Take a stroll along the Pier, see what the fisherpeople are bringing in and enjoy the views!

🔹If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
🔹The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
🔹An accurate guest count must be provided
🔹No parties or events, no exceptions. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
🔹Quiet time is from 9:00PM - 8:00AM
🔹No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
🔹This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $150, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Mail:

Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.

We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.

If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.

If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.

If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.

Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.

The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Privacy:

This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

Starter Supplies

We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.
