While the property was cleaned prior to your arrival, we acknowledge there was an unacceptable oversight by our housekeeper on this occasion. Our standard is to always provide fresh, high-quality towels, and we immediately informed our housekeeping team to improve their cleaning and setup standards the very day you reported this. As soon as we received your message regarding these concerns, we promptly replied and offered to send a team to rectify the situation for you. We understand, however, that you declined this offer as you had already made up your mind to leave. Regarding the bedding, please note that our standard setup includes duvet covers rather than flat sheets. However, we take your feedback on the property's maintenance very seriously. Since your checkout, we have fully addressed the issues you raised—all broken or unusable items, including the ironing board, hangers, and lamp, have been fixed or replaced, and everything is now in good condition. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as it allowed us to immediately correct them and improve the experience for future guests
