This self-catering, split-level apartment is the perfect base for you to enjoy everything Cottesloe has to offer.

The large master bedroom is located upstairs with a comfortable king size bed and ensuite.The second bedroom is located downstairs with a comfortable, queen size bed located next to the main bathroom.

Experience the joy of cooking and entertaining in our open plan kitchen and main living area, located on the upper level. Follow the ocean views out onto the balcony where the gentle crashing of waves and sky changing hues before your eyes will take your breath away.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of this apartment, including the balcony. Any evidence of smoking or residual smoke smell upon departure will result in fines being imposed.
-Parties and gatherings are not allowed.
-Please respect our neighbours and keep noise levels down. Quiet hours 9pm-7am
-No pets are allowed in the property.
-A damage deposit is required. The property will pre-authorise your credit card 2 days before arrival. This will be released within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
-Please take care of the apartment as if it were your own and ensure that all facilities are kept in good order.
-Respect the privacy of other residents in the complex.
