Please take out trash in appropriate bins & have dishes in washer and if you don't mind pls turn on wash cycle ready for cleaners thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There will no parties at the property without Owner permission.
No furniture to be moved from any where inside or outside of property to accommodate your guest to our Villa.
Our property is for our guest not outside guest. We do not allow without permission any large group gatherings at our Villa. Seek Permission.

Stunning Family home

Very clean and beautiful property with excellent amenities in a excellent location. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an excellent family holiday home. The pool was beautiful, and the property is right across the road from the beautiful lagoon with excellent snorkeling and a beautiful beach. We cannot rate this property high enough and we have stayed at a lot of properties over the 13 years we have been coming to the Cook Islands. Looking forward to staying at Villa Honohitu again.
