This was truly a Nature Getaway! The sheep and the beautiful hillside scenery made it very special. The house is spacious and as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked including spices and sauces in the refrigerator. We highly recommend it and would love to stay again.
Very clean, private and beautiful. This is our favorite VRBO so far!

Once we got in
We did not receive a message with a key code the day of our arrival. When we arrived at the house (after checking time), we called the customer concierge and just got his voicemail. We had to wait some time before we heard back— although it was less than the full hour the Evolve rep we then called asked us to wait. Once we got in, the house was spacious and comfortable and you couldn’t hear the crowing cocks or grazing sheep from inside.
My family enjoyed our relaxing long weekend at this home, which is conveniently located, but also surrounded by nature. There is comfortable seating inside and out. We cooked up our purchases from a local farmers market in the lovely kitchen. 5 adults 1 dog were all very comfortable.
Very nice stay with family for a Memorial Service and Celebration of Life in neighboring areas. Much space to spread out and relax with a peaceful surrounding. Clean and comfortable.
Really liked the property. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of room to spread out. Only downside was there was no kitchen / dining table where we could all sit as a family - really only bar-height seating was available.
Beautiful property just minutes away from great hiking. Me and my family loved the stay. The only down sides were that the fireplace didn't work (maybe user error?) which was a bummer. The kids had a blast - plenty of room to run around. Comfortable beds and very clean.
The address on the check in paperwork was different than the property address, we had some difficulty locating the property. We posed questions regarding heat settings and had quick responses. The property was very clean & tidy. Very nice home that we would recommend for others to stay. We enjoyed our time there!
The house was huge, it was gorgeous, there was a ton of space and areas to hang out. It was far enough away from town to be peaceful but close enough to be convenient. Pretty much everything we needed was provided, from towels and toiletries to plates and board games. Overall an amazing place, thank you so much for letting us stay!
My sister, younger brother and I traveled to the area to visit with our older brother and his children who live in the area. It was a great home for a family reunion, and it was a mini-vacation for our older brother, as well. The home was everything advertised and more. Thank you!
Great place for a stay to visit family nearby. Big gathering rooms and lovely outdoors. Only small problem was kitchen was not really equiped to cook for 8 people....not enough kitchen-ware etc. And dryer sounded like it was on its last legs.

A Brookeville getaway
This house was perfect for our family’s stay in Brookeville. It was immaculate and more than spacious enough for our kids and grandkids. Emilio, the caretaker, was kind enough to feed the sheep when we could watch and even hiked through the meadow to lead the confused sheep to their food. We would love to return in cooler weather when we could really enjoy the and outdoor spaces and beautiful grounds. A beautiful home away from home in the country!

Large Spacious Home
We loved our vocational rental. It appeared to be completely remodeled and was spotless. A large kitchen with an island and many new appliances including a Mr. Coffee and a Keurig. A wonderful toaster oven and a blender. We relied on all the appliances and felt grateful to have them. The two living rooms were comfortable with sectional seating, pillows, and throw blankets. Since we are four siblings ages 60, 66, 69 and 75, we were happy to pair up and use both rooms. The beds were so comfortable with really great pillows. It was hard for us to leave the pillows behind. A great private location with sheep grazing and chickens walking around. We loved the quiet environment. Highly recommend renting La Pradera (the prairie)! The town is only four miles away and has all your shopping needs. The two story has a beautiful furnished basement with a lovely bathroom. Again, looked like a complete remodel. Bathrooms tiled and spotless!!! Plenty of towels in the closets, extra linen, and lots of extra things stored for your needs. Loved our home!
