The host was prompt and informative about check in. The only issue is there is nobody working this property but one person. That one person cleans the grounds and tends to the pool but that’s all his duties extend to. There was only one morning someone actually opened the front desk. The neighborhood is filled with homeless people that are sleeping in the bushes of the neighboring facilities. The condo needs a desperate cleaning. The room smelled of stale smoke and had trash under the beds along with just the need of some tlc and cleaning. Loved the location but was a little eery knowing you had to wait on your host if there was a need. We could never get fresh towels either due to lack of staff. The one working gentlemen was fantastic though. He worked hard everyday we were there. Just wish we would have known how deserted the property was when booking.

Nice but small

The condo was fairly clean and but nicely decorated. The entire building is dated but the condo had all the amenities needed. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Common areas need some sprucing up, hallways, entry doors of rooms definitely could use some paint. Several amenities like the pools, hot tubs, Cafe, and outdoor bar were all closed. Lazy river was open but area needed cleaning and not many tubes were available. As far as this particular unit, the balcony could use a good refresh but otherwise the unit was nicely decorated and clean. I liked the notes the host left to help explain things around the unit.

L’appartement était sale et à besoin d’amour. La piscine n’était pas propre et le spa non fonctionnel.Par contre l’emplacement directement sur la plage était très bien.
