Maple Leaf Bungalow 🍁
My group enjoyed this rental so much, it was clean and comfortable, definitely the most tidy place I have ever rented. We appreciated the coffee bar and everything else the host left to make our stay lovely. The neighborhood is beautiful and walking distance to parks and restaurants. We would certainly stay again in the future.
We were there for a graduation and then a little site seeing. Place was great, good location for what we needed. Everything we needed was close by and far enough away from downtown that we didn’t get trapped in traffic.

This location was great and in a quiet neighborhood. The parking in the alley was perfect for us as we had a kayak trailer. The unit was quiet and clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.
The only thing we would recommend was a pot and pan for cooking. Unfortunately we weren’t able to stay for our whole trip due to an issue with our car but the owner was fantastic and refunded some of our money. We would love to stay again when we come up next time to go fishing!

The property was unique. Two bedrooms in a basement. No central heat or A/C. Poorly lit
or no outside lighting at night made it very difficult to find. Good amount of space. It said there was a washer and dryer, but they were locked and unavailable. The property manager was amazing and tried to help, but to no avail.

Hi George, we passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We do our very best to uphold high standards of hospitality for our property and provide all of our guests with an exceptional experience. Thank you for sharing your positive insight on the spacious home and unique atmosphere!- As we value guest satisfaction, we're sorry to hear that your experience wasn't as expected. To provide better visibility at night, we have LED solar lights outside, and the light over the door should have been left on for your convenience. - For guest comfort, we have oil-filled electric heaters that effectively warm up the rooms, and we haven't received any complaints about this from other guests.- As we aim for transparency, we checked the amenities list and noticed that there is no washer or dryer listed, but we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We do all we can to make our home the best possible experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
We rented this unit in January of 2024, when Seattle was experiencing a 30 year record cold spell. Temperatures were in the teens. This is a basement unit, and the unit upstairs controls the furnace.
Unit was a bit cool (Think 60-65) when we checked in. Called our contact and left message. Over the next little bit we found the four space heaters in the two bedroom closets and turned them on. Also discovered 3 of the 4 windows were cracked open a bit.
Oops, blew a breaker. Breaker box was in the unit, so we could turn them back on and reposition the heaters so they were not on the same circuit. Agent called us back about this time less than 15 minutes after leaving message.
Once we got the heaters up and running all was well. Unit was clean. Mattresses seem brand new. Bedding was great.
Kitchen is simple, but we didn't cook in the unit. Just coffee and breakfast in the morning. A couple glasses of wine in the evening.
Day two, the owner was by and adjusted the furnace temp from the upstairs unit. Unit was overly warm the rest of the stay and we even opened a window now and then to cool it down.
Unit parking is in the alley. We drove during the day as we knew it would be dark and late when we checked in. Recommend others do the same. See signs coming from one direction, but not the other.
Will stay again. Great little two bedroom unit close our Seattle family members. Neighborhood homes well kept and area feels safe.
