Set in an exclusive harbour-side enclave steeped in rich maritime history, the apartment is ideally located just a short stroll from the Harbour Bridge, Circular Quay, the Opera House, Millers Point and Barangaroo, and provides an oasis of privacy, space and convenience.

This charming two level terrace is the perfect jumping-off point from which to explore Sydney and its spectacular harbourfront.

On the entrance level the terrace has three queen size bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs offers a large eat in kitchen, lounge area, and a laundry. French doors from the kitchen lead to a private courtyard - your own little green pocket and the perfect spot for your morning coffee.

Great little place in the heart of the Rocks. Walking distance to Circular Quay and the Ferry and train system. Great for launching excursions and getting around town. plenty of restaurants and pubs, including a pub directly across the street as well as the oldest pub in Sydney only a couple of blocks away. The home is quaint and served our needs perfectly. Plenty of spices etc if you plan to eat in as well as a good nespresso coffee maker and tea kettle. It is in the hustle and bustle of the Rocks so expect pedestrian traffic up and down the neighboring stairs as well as the occasional rugby fan singing out in joy. Tourists are everywhere around as expected for a location so conveniently located to the Quay. Embrace it. I recommend.

Property was clean and in a great location. The Rocks neighborhood is excellent for pubs, restaurants, site seeing, and access to public transportation. Would definitely stay in this area if we were to travel back to Sydney (which we hope to do as it’s a great city). We were in Sydney for the marathon and it was a perfect spot for ease of transport to the start area as well as getting back after the race. The 2 bathrooms are small and, as stated in the property description, only one has a shower. Not a problem for us during our stay, but not a lot of space to layout toiletries. The laundry was a two-in-one washer/dryer so if you do laundry give yourself enough time as it takes a bit longer than we are used to. Great kitchen and nice lounge area. As previous reviews noted, there’s a bar/restaurant across the street that can be a bit noisy. We happen to have a sound machine with us and that was really helpful to drown out the bar noise/music at night. No surprises and we were happy with the apartment. Janet was awesome communicating with us and was willing to accommodate our arrival schedule.

A lovely stay in the Rocks

Divine workers cottage has the features of old with new amenities that will make your stay in the Rocks a delight. A great base to have, with Circular Quay nearby with trains and ferries to help you get out and about and explore the sights of Sydney. A wonderful host helps to make your stay pleasurable.

Overall very happy with our short stay in this cute apartment! Location is absolutely fantastic! Loads of restaurants within 1 minute walking distance and steps up to the harbour bridge were across the road ( great for morning walks). Beds were super comfy and kitchen had everything you needed. The only thing that was a negative was you do get some street noise from the pub across the road and the side laneway but that comes with the location so was to be expected being at ground level. Would highly recommend this place to my family and friends when in Sydney!
