Pictures were a little misleading. Hot tub is not in main floor and fire pit is a communal one, but otherwise the place was great. Lots of stairs but otherwise no complaints. Highly recommend.

Loved the property. Plan on going there again. It was very hard to find. GPS had an issue. Towel’s were still in the dryer. And we never could find the coffee cups. Just soup mugs.

Friendly and welcoming host, a clean, beautiful, and well-supplied home made our weekend family trip extra nice. Everyone had plenty of room, comfortable beds, and we had a homey upstairs area to gather for food and games. All of our party agree that we would happily stay here again. It was a very nice home and great experience.

Driving up to this Amazing home with views of the ocean, we knew this was going to be a Great vacation. The home has 4 floors, with the top floor being the open layout, kitchen/living room. With outdoor patios on the 3rd and 4th floors, you have ocean views. The bottom 2 floors are great for the kids to hang out and play games. The ocean is about a 2 minute drive with a public parking lot. The location is excellent! We took day trips to the North and South exploring the coast line. The home has everything you need for cooking and just being able to hang out and enjoy being with family. Thanks to the host and management that make this all happen! Look forward to making this a yearly trip and making memories!

It was just my wife and I and our daughter, so we obviously rented more than we needed! This would be a perfect house if you were with 3 or 4 couples. Amazing use of space. Great location. We always rent right on the beach, this was an exception, as you have to go through the neighborhood to get to the beach, but the view from the top floor was cool. My wife did say that it was the best stocked kitchen we ever rented. And we have been to the beach dozens of time. Great family gathering home! Thanks for hosting!

This house is amazing gorgeous views of the ocean, tons of space for everyone, great location with a five minute walk to the beach.. I can't say enough good things aboutthis place you'll just have to rent it to experience it for yourself !!

We love Olivia Beach and all the amenities. The house is big and clean with everything we needed plus a nice view of the ocean. We had plenty of rooms and beds and every room had their own bathroom or a bathroom that was close. Even a bathroom upstairs! The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. The host communicates fast

We experienced a few hiccups during our stay and felt bad needing to reach out to property management over the holiday. The home itself was lovely, with gorgeous views, a well-appointed kitchen, and comfortable beds. We couldn’t get the BBQ working, though that may have been user error! Overall, the setting and amenities were a bright spot, and time spent with family was priceless.

Nicely stocked. Hot tub was plenty warm. Beds were comfortable.Getting to the garage was initially confusing. If you are driving a bigger vehicle, it gets to be quite tight as the street is narrow. Did not really realize that it was 4 levels. Certainly got our steps in. Response from management company was good.

Everything is really clean. The walls are due for paint rouch ups. There were no batteries in the remotes. The dish set is incomplete, we did not have capacity of the house, but had i brought the 10 i would have been upset there were not enough. The beds were A comfortable and the bedding was really A as well.

Fabulous Find

Beautiful home with all the amenities plus some. Home is set up for groups or families who enjoy being together but also having your own space. Top floor is open with great views of the ocean. Bottle of wine was a nice touch. Instructions were easy to follow. Will book again.

Annual Birthday with the Family

Stairs are no problem for our family, but if it is a concern this isn't for you. This is a very spacious house with room for people to spread out. The kitchen-great room was nice for all 9 of us all to gather. I would definitely book again--the beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels & towels for the hot tub (which sometimes are not provided.). The view is great.

I cannot say enough, nice things about the people managing this vacation rental, and this vacation rental. It was newer and in really good condition. So clean. The communication throughout the process couldn’t have been better. I called on a number of occasions and spoke directly to a human being :-). Beautiful views

The view of the ocean was amazing. Loved the house and especially the kitchen. Be aware there are a lot of stairs! Our one suggestion is to provide directions for the television. We eventually figured it out, but it was a lot of trial and error. Communication with the property managers was excellent.
