Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse is situated in the Venetian Bay Villages complex, a safe gated community with 24 hour on site security. Conveniently situated close to the theme parks, attractions, shopping, and golf courses.

Our townhouse is fully furnished and many attractive amenities including:
* Free powerful internet access with wireless;
* Roku TVs with Netflix (over 2k+ free movies and channels), DVD player.
* Spacious Kitchen with Breakfast Bar, Fully Appointed With all Appliances, Cookware; Dishes; Cooking and Eating Utensils; Washer, Dryer.
* Luxury master bedroom with private Whirlpool Tub and king size bed.
* Remaining Two Bedrooms have a Full Size Bed, and Pair of Twin Beds.
* A sofa, for when your group needs a few extra spots to lay their heads!
* A local management company will be available to offer any assistance you may need whilst in residence.

Venetian Bay Villages is a quiet and charming community full of white picket fences, friendly sidewalk trails and a private Lake.

The complex offers you 4 swimming pools (central pool is heated), a Spa, Gym, fountains, Business Center, Picnic area, Play areas for children, a beach volley court, tennis courts, basketball court, a car wash, a boating lake and a clubhouse which also provides tourist information.

It’s a two level condo so it’s perfect for a large family. The upstairs bathroom even has an extra sink/vanity area. We stayed for a month and had enough utensils to cook full meals. There are 3 pools and a hot tub at the main pool. Make friends with the security team as it’s a little challenging getting ride share to come directly to the door but if you’re in good with them, they’ll let the drivers pass so you can avoid walking to the front of the complex to get picked up. Only 20 minutes to Disney and around the corner is a dollar tree and a Walmart neighborhood so you can get anything you need.

Great property and owner

The place was comfortable and as advertised with a great location. A quick 25 minute drive to Disney and/or Seaworld (even in mid-June) at a fraction of the cost of staying on property. We had a wonderful time and found the owner and property manager to be very responsive and make the check-in and check-out process very easy and convenient.

Property was very nice and a great location. Manager communicated very quickly and addressed every concern promptly. Only negative I can even say is didn’t have tennis equipment or a volleyball for the court and on- site activities (tennis court, basketball, playground, secondary pools, and volleyball) except one pool closed at 7pm.

Great property and location!

The property was ideal for our trip to Orlando. It was affordable and very clean and spacious. Very few products were supplied so you will need to bring most things you need. My only complaint would be that they do not supply washcloths or hand towels.

Lovely house, clean comfortable everything you would need. Comfortable beds, lots of clean towels, washing machine and dryer iron, dishwasher, and cable TV. Owner left a couple of a bits for first night, like dishwasher tablets, toilet paper that kind of thing, saved running right out. Security on the gates. Good location, near the parks and restaurants shops. Would highly recommend, would happily stay again.

Reasonably priced and good Venetian Bay amenities. None of the pools were heated or felt heated though the big/main pool was reportedly heated; hot tub was hot. Tennis/pickleball and basketball courts were great, Beach volleyball area was well used and popular. The unit itself was fairly well equipped but could use a little TLC especially the carpet/flooring, and hand towels for the bathrooms. Be sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner, and dishwasher and laundry soap, as well as coffee and basket coffee filters.

Second time visiting and very happy

Having stayed at this property last year we made sure we’d return this year. The price is very reasonable and the property is very comfortable. It was very suitable for 4 adults (a couple and two singles) but could easily manage a few more people. Basic household items were supplied to get us started and there’s a Walmart not too far away for everything we needed. Plenty of towels provided for both showering and using at the pool. Pool area is lovely. The owner is friendly and responsive, and regularly checked in with us throughout the stay. Will definitely stay here again should we revisit. Thank you!

Great location

The property was nice. Needed a bit more dusting. Would have been nice to have at least trial size of dishwasher soap and laundry soap. It was hot in the condo but the thermostat was at they said we could have it at without freezing. Great price and location for the theme parks.
