Beautiful 4 BR, 4.5 Bath Canal home with ocean and waterway views. Sleeps 8, 1 king, 2 queens, 2 singles and 1 sleeper sofa (linens not provided for sleeper sofa).
Reverse floor plan:
-Third level has kitchen and living area, 1/2 bath, and master bedroom with bath.
- Second level has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and 1sitting area with tv and sleeper sofa (linens not provided for sleeper sofa).
- Ground level has under-house parking and outside shower. Also, an elevator to each level.
Street side faces beautiful marsh and sunrises! Canal side faces a boat dock and view of beautiful sunsets! Beach access is located between 567 & 569 OBW.

Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Towels are provided for Weekly Rentals only.
