RARE - Ski In/Out High-End Mountain Home in Old Town, Park City, Utah

Perched on Park City Mountain just a few steps above historic OLD TOWN, this beautiful Ski In/Out home is a gem. Five minute walk to shopping, excellent restaurants and bars. High end finishes and furniture throughout every room and space in this custom designed and built 4 story home with elevator.

Truly unique layout: 4th floor includes living room with stone fireplace, dining room with bountiful family seating, a fully detailed kitchen featuring custom cabinets and granite countertops and two great patios facing both the mountainside and overlooking Old Town.

All bedrooms have en-suite baths with showers.

3rd floor has one master suite with king bed(includes fireplace and TV), one bedroom suite with queen bed (includes fireplace), and the media room.

2nd floor has one master suite with king sized bed (includes fireplace and TV), one-bedroom suite with four twin beds.

At night, you'll be treated to our luxury 100% viscose (made from bamboo fabric) sheets from Cozy Earth - an Oprah favorite!

Main floor features the entry area, laundry room and one-bedroom suite with queen bed. Intercom system on all floors.

Heated driveway can park one large SUV or two smaller vehicles. This is a 5 minute walk to Main Street via stairs.

2. Neighborhood rules and norms prohibit outside music or excessive noise after 10 pm. As renters, you agree to abide by this.
3. Please NO GLASS in the recycle bin – they will not pick it up if you do this. Also: please see Rental Agreement for other details/matters

Great location, great stay

This property worked well for our group stay. The ski in/ski out worked extremely well and proximity to walk into town was perfect. The house is equipped with everything you need and would be perfect for families. Thanks for the hospitality!

Amazing Park City Property

No place better to stay in Park City, especially if you are skiing Park City Mountain. Check in was a breeze and the place is gorgeous, with ski-in/ski-out and amazing views of all of town. Location can't be beat, slightly private with easy access to town and Deer Valley if you're skiing there. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house with ski-in-ski-out access to quitin’ time run. Easy walk down one flight of stairs to Main Street as well! Views from the deck off the kitchen are amazing.

Amazing first time in Park City

We had an absolute amazing time at this property. The house is spacious and perfectly located. We skied out/skied in and then walked to Main Street for dinner. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property

This property was perfect for our family. The kids loved playing in the snow in the backyard and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The house had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property.

Cool house, great for multiple families

Loved staying at this house! We had 3 families and everyone had plenty of space. The snow wasn’t great during our stay, so the ski-in feature wasn’t in our favor, but otherwise a great location and we still easily walked to the town lift.

Terrific house and terrific location to downtown and skiing (ski in and out). Elevator made it very easy to bring luggage/groceries up to the different levels (four floors). Was very perfect for a family vacation of 9 !

Best Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My husband and I, our 3 college age boys and 3 of there friends had the best time. There was plenty of room for us all and the location was spectacular. The house has skin/out access to the town lift and is walking distance to Old Town shops and restaurants. We are hoping to return next year and would highly recommend this property!

Exceptional house, exceptional location

Our group had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. With ski in/out access off the back patio, we had great access to the slopes. Being located in town, we had great access to everything Park City has to offer! The house is extremely comfortable, clean, and well stocked. This was our second time renting this property, and it will not be our last.

Ski In Ski Out - Great Place

This house and location are outstanding. I hosted a small work retreat and with the house layout, everyone had their own room and a lot of privacy. The upper floor was a great gathering location with awesome views. We also skied from the upper deck.

Beautiful home and excellent location. True ski in. For ski out, it’s a very short walk up a small hill and you are on quittin time. Super easy (3 min) walk to Main Street. Linens and beds were super comfortable. Breathtaking views. Loved this home!

Beautiful home on the mountainside

This home is beautifully designed and decorated. The bedrooms have luxurious linens and the home is on a quiet street within walking distance of downtown. The kitchen is well appointed with all you need even an expresso machine. The views of the mountainside are stunning. We appreciated the owners making contact with us on day one to make sure all we needed was there. I would highly recommend these accommodations.

Great location for the slopes and town!

If you're looking to check all the boxes, this is your place! Fantastic location, well appointed and easily accommodates groups. The kitchen had all the essentials, the house was clean and the communication with the owners was simple. Easy to ski right down to the hot tub deck, a little more difficult to walk up the hill for little ones. Easy enough to exit the front and take the steps to the trail. Bottom line, this is a great place!

Cole Family Vacation

We had a wonderful 5 nights at this home. It was an amazing location, steps to the slopes and a short walk down the stairs to downtown. The hot tub was amazing, especially during the snowfall. The ski in / ski out is great, but wouldn’t recommend doing that for anyone that is below an intermediate skier / snowboarder. The house was incredibly stocked with toiletries, spices, and other household goods. The beds were extremely comfortable. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Thank you for sharing your home!

We had an amazing family vacation and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained and thoughtfully well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out yet it still felt cozy. It is the perfect place for family time after long days of skiing. and exploring. I would highly recommend Perkins Peak!

From the first step through the door to the elevator trip up to the top, this house was fantastic! The kitchen, the bedrooms, the hot tub, the short walk down the stairs to Main Street, the few steps to the slopes that led to the Town Lift, and the view from the deck were nothing short of amazing!
