Adorable hideaway located inside the gates of Breezy Point Resort offering easy access to lots of amenities. This comfortable twin home sleeps 6 with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room with fireplace, laundry, Wifi, lofted kids' hang-out, a deck for you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, and grassy back yard complete with a campfire area and grill.

The Space:
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, desk, SmartTV, and twin bed with trundle.

Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.

Kids' lofted hang-out area has a Futon, SmartTV, kids games, puzzles, and crafting supplies.

Living room area has a sectional leather sofa, gas fireplace, and SmartTV.

Propane grill provided for your use in the backyard

Kitchen has a peninsula countertop with 3 stools, dining room area (table seats 6), and is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, wine rack, wine opener, kitchen tools, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, etc.

You will be within walking distance of lots of "up-north" fun activities including crystal-clear Pelican Lake (boat access and beach 2-3 blocks away), golfing, bars, restaurants, and more. Bring your bikes or snowmobiles and explore the hundreds of miles of beautiful trails nearby and finish off the day with a Spa service. Shop locally and visit the great shops in Pequot Lakes just a 5-minute drive away. Summer Family Vacation

Quaint home, just right for a family of five. Appreciated the cleanliness of the home & well supplied kitchen. Comfortable beds & plenty of linens. Enjoyed grilling on the propane grill for some delicious meals & tasty smores made sitting around the fire pit on a cool summer night. Great walks to the beach at the resort, too.
