About this property

A cozy little place with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay while touring Victoria. Located inside an amazing property, surrounded by nature, close to main attractions like Butchart Gardens and butterfly gardens. Conveniently located at a midpoint between Swartz Bay Ferry station and Downtown Victoria, with easy access through public transport and accessible to convenience stores, restaurants, and gas stations, among others. It is detached from the main house and offers free parking space. We also have a great backyard where children can play secure while you have a nice and relaxed time or play a match of your favorite sport, as there is an open court available. This house is ecemptinal for a family of 4 or a max 5 two adult two or three kids or for a couple.

Overall very nice

Good location for Butchart Garden. Nice and quiet. Host was very accommodating Not much closet space. No kitchen towels or dishcloths. Could use better pillows Overall it was a very nice and relaxing stay.

Nice little place

For the interior of this property I give it a 5, however the exterior I have to rate at a 1. The driveway into the property has weeds that rubbed the bottom of my car they were so long. The rental home is on the same property as the owner and the car port beside the rental was filled with garbage, kids bikes, an old car with a broken window and old water stained rolled up carpets on top off the car. The inside of the property was clean but there are no curtains on the kitchen or bathroom window so not much for privacy. There was also no tea towels dish soap or dish clothes to do dishes. They did have a dishwasher but I felt really bad running the dishwasher for a couple of cups so I purchased some at the local dollar store. I didn’t realize this was not an essential item in a rental home. I would stay here again provided the property was cleaned up and the owners items moved to a different portion of the property to ensure better privacy for the tenants.
