Cozy Oceanfront Cottage


If a seaside retreat is something you are after, then you will not regret booking your stay at our updated, open concept cottage by the sea.

Tastefully decorated to create a relaxing space with plenty of room to unwind. Private open backyard and large deck.

Steps to the sandy beach with lots of space for long walks, swimming, boogie boarding, lounging and building sand castles.

20 minutes to Shediac
35 minutes to Moncton
50 minutes to Prince Edward Island

The space
You will have access to the entire cottage. There are three separate bedrooms and a full bathroom, so plenty of space for 1-2 families to enjoy.

There is room for 3-4 full size vehicles in the private horseshoe driveway in front of the cottage.

Don’t worry about packing your sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs or towels as all of these are provided for you to enjoy while you are our guest.

The kitchen is stocked with a double sink, full size fridge, stove, double toaster, coffee maker, microwave and everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay.

The beds are comfortable, with extra linens, blankets and pillows available for you.

If there is anything you need or would like clarification, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to accommodate your stay and make it as enjoyable as possible.
Guest access
The entire 1/2 acre waterfront property will be available for you to enjoy. Our cottage is on the Northumberland straight, and you will have access to the sandy beach just steps from the cottage.

Please place any trash / recycling in the appropriate bins and dispose of according to garbage directions found in house rules.

Please leave the cottage as you generally found it, and leave the key in the provided lock box after you lock up.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect spot by the sea, to celebrate an 80th Birthday

Norma Jean's property was just as described, and she was a pleasure to communicate with. The house was very clean and well equipped and in a great location. We are already discussing the possibility of a return visit! Highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you!
