Carnegie House is situated in a tranquil setting on the high side of the road. You’ll enjoy holidays on the deck of this three-bedroom home. Surrounded by native trees and quiet areas in the garden to sit and reflect.

The living and dining area is open plan with seating for six. In the kitchen you will find a gas cooktop, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.



Split system air conditioner is located in the lounge area.



Off to the side of the dining is a laundry with washing machine and dryer.



Bedroom one has a queen bed and wall mounted TV.

Bedroom two includes a queen bed.

Bedroom three has two single beds.



Modern bathroom with shower over bath and free-standing basin.

Separate toilet.



High chair and baby cot for guest use.



The backyard is fenced with a grassed area and an undercover pavilion with a timber outdoor setting and a BBQ.

Use the outdoor shower when you return from a day at the beach.

There are two gravel driveways with gates, which would accommodate a couple of cars or car and boat.
