We had a great family vacation. There was plenty of room for our family. The great room was where we spent a lot of time when we were at the property. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have the cupboards and drawers labelled.

.We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at The Beach House, it was top notch. Such a beautiful, spacious house and property in an excellent location close to Halifax, Peggy’s Cove, Lunenberg and the absolutely beautiful Queensland Beach just a quick walk from the front door. Everything was very clean and the house is extremely well equipped. The large upper sitting room was a fantastic place for our group of six to hang out together. Trena is a great host, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She has thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable and carefree. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back for another stay!

The house was exceptionally clean and family friendly, lots of toys and crafts for kids. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you could possibly need.I have mobility issues and living spaces are on the second floor so I was not able to go up the stairs which was sad as it was my 80th birthday so we sat around the kitchen island with our guests.Having the master bedroom on the ground floor with a small shared bathroom was a lifesaver.The house is a beautiful old home with lots of space.Hubbards is a lovely little town and we enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas of this beautiful village.

Fabulous home. Great hosts. Clean, spacious and stocked with your every need and then some. Lots to do in the area. Five minute walk to amazing beach. Highly recommend.

Family Vacay

We had a great stay at this property. The location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do while in NS. Peggy's Cove, Halifax, Lunenburg, Mahone Bay all within a half hour drive. Trena was an attentive host and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 7 adults and a 12 year old. Check out the Trellis Cafe for breakfast on your visit to this place! .

We highly recommend this property! Very family friendly and you cannot beat this location. The house is clean and has everything you need to keep everyone entertained from children to adults. We loved the craft supplies and it is well equipped if travelling with children. The owner Treena was always helpful and answered our questions promptly! Can’t wait to go back!
