There are 3 outside sitting areas-one off the main level with a large patio and BBQ, one in the enclosed garden and an upstairs patio off the main bedroom with mountain views. Dunbar village 2 blocks away with restaurants, grocery stores, cafe (including Starbucks and Tim Hortons), pharmacies, banks, liquor stores and community centre for fitness needs. Ten minute walk away to UBC Pacific Spirit Park for kilometres of walking and biking trails. Transit within 1 block to connections to UBC and UBC hospital (16 minutes), beaches at Spanish Banks/Jericho/Kitsilano (27 minutes), downtown( 32 minutes). Connections to Canada Line subway (16 minutes) which takes you downtown (+ 8 minutes) or the airport ( + 15 minutes). If driving downtown (14 minutes), UBC ( 8 minutes), beaches (6 minutes), and airport (15 minutes). Free street parking
