★ Street sweeping: Any cars on the street must be moved on Monday morning at 7:00 for street sweeping and to avoid ticketing.... So park in our driveway not on the street - we have 3 spaces:)
★ To keep our cleaning fees low, we ask guests to take in the trash on Friday morning and will send you a reminder to do so. If the trash is not taken out by late Thurs evening by a local teen we hire, it would be helpful guests would cover this. However, our local helper is pretty consistent:)
DETAILS & HOUSE RULES:
1. QUIET HOURS - NO DISTURBANCES: Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM for neighbors until 8:00 AM. No outdoor noise above quiet conversation after this time.
2. PARKING: Park in the driveway from Sunday night to Monday morning. This home has an oversized driveway that can accommodate three cars. Any vehicles left on the street Monday mornings at 7:00 AM will be ticketed. Guests must move any street vehicles at that time or move them to the driveway to avoid being ticketed by the city.
3. PARTIES: This home is a wonderful place for family and friend gatherings, and quiet enjoyment of the outdoors at a normal conversational level. It is NOT A PLACE FOR PARTIES. IF YOU ARE PLANNING ONE, YOU SHOULD CANCEL THIS RESERVATION AND FIND A MORE SUITABLE SPACE.

5. NO SMOKING POLICY: Smoking on the Premises is prohibited.
6. TRASH: Trash bins on the side of the home for recycling and general waste or trash receptacles in the home. Trash pickup if Friday morning.
7. TOWELS: We have provided black makeup towels for use. Please use them so that we can preserve quality white towels for future use.
8. POOL KEY: There is only 1 Pool Key per residence, and it is $200.00 to replace it. Ensure you return it to the see-through container where we store it. Thanks!
WHEN IT IS TIME TO LEAVE (Best Practices for Short-Term Rentals)
1. Leave by 10:00 so we have time to prepare for the next guest.
2. Strip the beds and group dirty linens and towels together.
3. Please load and run the dishwasher before you go.
4. Empty the fridge and take out the trash.
5. Do not worry about vacuuming, mopping, or deep cleaning. Our team will take care of that!
