The fully equipped , open plan kitchen features stone bench tops and flows out onto the deck with BBQ for cooking up Yamba's famous seafood.
The Dining room flows into the living room which not only has a smart TV with complementary Netflix but a wood burning stove for colder months.
Master Bedroom features a king size bed and spa like ensuite with a bathtub.
There is a laundry in the house as well and third toilet.
For your comfort the bedroom and living areas have fans.
As this is a house and the entire space is yours, there is plenty of room for all your toys and off street parking for 2-3 cars.

This guest received wine, chocolates and flowers on arrival. There is coffee and tea provided for every guest. The guest did not communicate anything unsatisfactory during their stay- if they had we would have provided it immediately. We understand guests are individuals with different expectations- we always ask each guest to please let us know during their stay if anything is not meeting their expectations so we can rectify it immediately. we can’t help if a guest does not let us know, clearly this was the case with this guest.
