We had a great time! It’s a beautiful complex, and everything is clean and very well maintained.Andrew’s townhouse is beautifully decorated with great taste and attention to detail. Highly recommend this spot! Property was exactly as described, and was very clean. Ideal for two couples with plenty of room to spread out. Bedrooms were large, linens were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and well laid out. All appliances looked fairly new and functioned perfectly. Andrew was responsive to any questions. Checking in & out very easy. Location handy to Rathtrevor Beach, Black Goose, and more. This place is great!

The accommodation were as listed and met our needs as two couples very well. Clean, very comfortable and excellent location in Parksville. Highly recommended. If any cons, would like at least two bath towels per guest to avoid extra laundry during stay.

The space was nice but had a lot of little downsides that made the stay not as great. Kitchen knives were all dullKitchen tools were cheap and flimsy, hard to cook withOnly 2 extra towels for 4 adults and 2 kids (6 in total)Floors had not been mopped, evidence via dirty feet from walking around/crawlingBedroom blinds block out very very little light from the street/other buildings (bring eye masks!)No extra blanketsRobes featured in photos but not providedWater pressure in showers was pretty terribleIt was still a lovely place to stay and comfortable for all of us. With a few changes it could be a lot nicer.

The property was clean and conveniently located close to all amenities and beach. The unit could use more kitchen items such as Tupperware for left overs, cookie sheet, and sharper knives.Of note, for future, a pubic hair was located on the sheet of the master bed upon our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and we would return.

most things were in good condition. heating is not balanced in the unit...cold in smaller bedroom,,,warmer in master and good on main level. Clean except the master bathroom floor. smelled of urine. the surrounding area is very nice and exceptionally quiet. The walk to the beach is great.

Enjoyable stay in gorgeous Townhouse

Andrew is an attentive host and the description accurately portrays the unit. I suggest professional photography to better portray how beautiful and well appointed this townhouse is. It will exceed your expectations. Access to both the pool and beach are an absolute must, and this property checks both boxes. Thank you for hosting!

Construction View

The place was fine but the view was of several other places under construction. We never did get to see the sea and the heat pump never did cool the upstairs. A tad more fine tuning is required for the unit itself.

Thanks for the booking. Heat pump works great and keeps unit nice and cool or course closing the windows as I suggested would certainly have helped. Air conditioning works that way, don’t let the hot air in and unit will stay cool. Too bad you didn’t get to the ocean as it is a short well marked walk through the resort. Hard to miss but one does have to want to go I suppose.

Family gathering

Interior is fantastic, new,modern,clean and well appointed. Communication with host was great. A few hiccups with anything new… No real outdoor space at unit..balcony gets a bit of morning sun and looks into construction…busy,noisy and dusty during the week until 6. Beach access is not easy, pool is hit and miss as it services the resort and the townhomes 😳 overflowing most of the time. Come with your cooler and be prepared to go to the park or cut through the resort next door. I’d stay again knowing this 🙏❤️

Cool

Check in was seamless when we arrived. The unit was very clean and has everything that you would need for a week away from home. The resort is currently under construction so expect a few trucks and workers around. It’s an easy, short walk to the beach, but access is tricky because of a concrete wall. You can get over it if you don’t have any mobility issues but it would be tricky with little kids. The pool and hot tub are lovely but hope they consider expanding that area as it was a bit crowded. An adult only section would be really nice.

beautiful townhouse

The townhouse was brand new! The appliances were excellent. A few things could be added like a towel rach in the downstairs powder room and a place to put your soap and toiletries in the upstairs shower but overall it was a very nice place to stay. The owner was upfront about the construction going on outside the complex. There will be a nice view from unit 21 after all the machinery etc. are gone. It wasn't noisy. We couldn't find the trail to the beach but Rathtrevor Park is very close by. You can walk to a nice pub called the Black Goose Inn which has good food. I would stay there again.

Not a beachh property Access is to a small rocky cove neither suitable for a wal, a sit or a swim!Property manager unhelpful and rude.Secretive code avcess.Non working internet referred to adjacent properties Drain in master bathroom broken and he states we dont understand mechanism..but repair personnel removed entirety of mechanism rather than repairing.Trash bins far from property.Would never recommend this property for seniors, solos or families.

A guest who complained about everything. Couldn’t operate wifi, couldn’t operate a tub drain, not close enough to beach. Super high maintenance and very difficult. Left unit a mess and had no consideration for house. Really too bad that they didn’t enjoy the area as it is beautiful. Property is 100% beach front as advertised on resort page as well. Yes it is a very short walk of maybe 80 meters but that is every resort on the ocean.

Very modern, very clean, kitchen lacked such necessities as salt and pepper and cooking oil. Kitchen knives were blunt. Beds were comfortable and lots of storage in bedrooms. Bathrooms were great Deck very pleasant for sitting and eating outside.
