Fully furnished basement suite located in Bonavista, Winnipeg. This spacious suite is close to Sage creek mall which has Sobeys, Shoppers drug mart, Tim Hortons, McDonald's, Pizza Pizza, and other fast food joints as well as banking. The house is about three minutes drive from the Perimeter highway. It is close to major walking and biking routes in Bonavista and Sage Creek.

This is a tastefully furnished basement in a brand new house. From the sidewalk to the private entrance, this space was designed with the comfort of guests in mind. It comes with a state-of-the-art laundry room, kitchenette, spacious living area, full bath with shower panel, and many more to give you comfort and satisfaction. The basement is cool in summer, and warm in winter due to the latest building technology. You cannot miss the light signature while in this suite. The house provides free parking at the back of the property and street parking is available all year round (except for snow clearing). The living area comes with a large 58" Hisense 4k UHD with high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you entertained and work-ready. The kitchen is equipped with a big fridge, coffee maker, and toaster with cooking utensils. Guests are also welcome to have free coffee, tea and green tea. The sectional is comfortable for the family. This suite is also equipped with contactless self-check-in with keycodes. The suite is sanitized with deep cleaning after every visit.

While in this suite, you will be staying all by yourself and have access to everything within the suite. Your privacy is guaranteed due to the separate walkway and entrance. The following are part of the comfort units in the suite:

One bedroom occupying 2 guests and infant below the age of 2.
Queen size Airbed is also available upon request for 2 extra guests or (3 children between the age of 2 to 12) @ additional $10 per guest.

The sectional is large enough for the whole family.

Good location/Easy stay

We were there for a short visit to Seine River Retirement Home. This spot had great access to south St. Vital and all its amenities-even a coin laundry on St.Anne’s Road if you do need to do a quick load of laundry!

Fabulous place to stay in Bonavista

Comfortable, well appointed suite with nice kitchenette. A little noise transfer from upstairs at meal times but less than you’d get at most hotels. Was a great size for a couple. Would stay again if I’m area.

Awesome stay

We had a great time during our stay. Abdul was very easy to communicate with and he was responsive to all our needs. The apartment is very comfortable, neat and beautifully decorated with its own private entrance. The property is in a safe location, with lots to do nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!

Our Stay

Our host was friendly, responsive and helpful. The place was clean and well looked after. A few constructive suggestions for a new host. Have an outside light on when guests arrive at night time. Provide more towels. Have a couple of waters and pops in the fridge. The place was advertised as having rear parking and it was only street parking. Have a keurig k-cup cover maker instead of a perculator. Most guests are on the go and just want one quick coffee in the morning. All of these are fairly minor but would make a guests stay more pleasant and increase the likelihood of return bookings.
