This apartment is located in a 100% smoke-free community, so no smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere…including our private patio, building breezeways, parking lots, etc.

You're welcome to bring up to 2 dogs or cats. Max weight = 75 lbs per pet. No commonly-restricted breeds please. A copy of a recent vet records will be required for dogs.

This apartment is situated within a beautiful community called The Kensington At Riggins Run that just opened in early 2023. We have a corporate housing contract with them, which allows us to rent this apartment for short-term stays to guests like you. The community is modern, clean, and upscale. It's located in a quiet part of the Dublin/Hilliard area; one of the most desirable suburbs of Columbus. You'll love being just a few minutes from all the shopping and dining options of Bridge Park and all the other attractions of this area. Commuting from here to any other part of Columbus is easy thanks to our proximity to the I-270 outer belt.
You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay.

After booking, you'll receive full check-in details - including your code for the apartment door keypad (we change the code for every guest).

Arriving at the apartment is easy. Your GPS should take you straight to it. When you arrive, you can park in any of the open spots directly along our building. There always seems to be ample parking available.

Once inside, you'll also find physical apartment keys on the kitchen counter which you can use as backup.

After you park, you'll walk up into the breezeway where the apartment is located. After unlocking the door with your code, you'll open the door and enter into an open-concept main living area with lots of windows and natural light. In front of you is a spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area with plenty of seating. Off the kitchen is a small laundry room with washer/dryer. The patio can be accessed by a second door from the living room and features two comfortable patio chairs and a small table. The master bedroom has a nice walk-in closet and an en-suite full bath. The second bedroom is at the end of the hallway (to your left when you enter the apartment) and features a nice walk-in closet. The second full bathroom is down the hall before you reach the second bedroom.
